This newly renovated single family home offers all new furniture on a large corner lot with oversized living and family rooms plus a large private pool.

Forget something at home? No problem. Travel with peace of mind. All necessities: towels, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, ironing board, all kitchen items, etc., are included in your stay.
The home is NOT childproofed. Please supervise children at all times. There is however a child safety fence for the pool. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you would like it installed during your visit.
I do have a Pack and Play Travel Crib onsite for infants as well as a high chair.
Laundry-washer and dryer are available. Detergent is provided.
The entire home is accessible to all guests. The only exception is the garage, which is reserved for the cleaning service, in order to ensure the house is sparkling clean and prepared for every stay.
I may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g. lawn care, pool maintenance, repair work that may need access to the home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
Guest are given a set code to access the home during check in walk-through. The code is unique to them, and will only work during their reservation days.

▪️NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR GATHERINGS OF MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE.
▪️This property is only rented for vacationing families and friends or business trips. This is not a house for partying or events.
▪️ No guests are permitted beyond the number listed on your reservation. Max occupancy of the property at any point in time is 8 people.
▪️ This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and the City of Wilton Manors has a strict Noise Ordinance that will be enforced during your stay. The Noise Ordinance is from 10PM-7AM.
Any noise complaint may result in immediate termination of your reservation, without refund.
NoiseAware technology monitors the property for our mutual safety --- but to be clear these devices DO NOT record any conversations whatsoever inside the house or the backyard, as we respect your privacy. There is a camera located at the front of the house and the backyard as well for security purposes only.

An additional $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking of any kind inside the home (cigarettes, cigars, medicinal marijuana, vaping etc)

▪️Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. An additional $250 pet fee will be assessed if a pet is brought into the home without prior approval.
PETS CANNOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED AT THE PROPERTY
▪️A maximum of three cars may be parked at the property (one per bedroom), as per city temporary housing regulations. Please do not park on the grass!
▪️ GUEST ARE REQUIRED TO RETURN THE HOUSE IN THE CONDITION THEY RECEIVED IT IN. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left in an unusually poor condition, to compensate our cleaning staff for extra time. An additional $50 fee will be assessed if the grill is not cleaned after use.
