Experience luxury living in this beautifully designed home in Kensington. Our newly renovated family home sleeps seven and is ideal for both work & play, with amenities for all ages. Perfect for families looking for a comfortable & elegant stay. It boasts wonderful interiors with a unique entrance hall, reception, a formal sitting and dining area, a modern kitchen, TV room, laundry/utilities room, 2 stunning bedrooms and 2 children's bedrooms, as well as a terrace, back garden and fireplace.
This impressive home in Kensington is beautifully designed, with elegant decoration and tasteful style. Stepping over the threshold of this property you know you have arrived somewhere unique with the stunning entrance hall and lavish stairwell immediately to your right as you enter. The main reception room is directly to your left and has sophisticated mauve walls and polished wooden floors. It is split into a formal sitting area and an adjoining dining room which has a large walnut table and satin chairs sitting under elegant hanging lights. The smart seating and glass coffee table in the living area are arranged by a modern electric fireplace.
Before you reach the staircase to the lower level, there is a unique black WC and from the rear, access to a splendid terrace looking over the back gardens where guests may enjoy breakfasting in the morning!
On the lower level is an expansive open-plan kitchen and conservatory dining area, designed to perfection with a large island breakfast bar and sleek handle-less cabinets. Top-of-the range facilities are included such as an American-style fridge with ice dispenser, a fitted double oven and gas cooker. A six-seater table for every day dining is perfectly placed under a hanging light in the conservatory part of the kitchen. Adjoining this space is a modern TV room with a large entertainment unit, flat screen TV and a contemporary electric fireplace. From the TV room guests can directly access the stunning back garden, which is beautifully designed with a sophisticated seating area and a manicured grassy lawn lined with trimmed hedges.

This lovely house is our home that we rent out occasionally. It is truly stunning. My wife and I fell in love with the area years ago and immediately decided to buy a house there. This elegant hideout is also a show home for my wife who is a successful interior designer who has completed projects internationally, so it's important it's always in top condition. One thing is for sure, this is not your typical rental property!
We have 4 bedrooms, 2 king beds which are en suite. 2 kids room that can sleep 3. A Family TV room, a large living and dining room (seating 8, 10 at a squeeze). Sonos music system, Sky and Apple TV, a garden and terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture... and much much more.

Itâs the perfect retreat to keep up with Londonâs busy life but also enjoy the comforts of home⊠away from home.
