Brand New-1 Bedroom Condo right on the Toccoa River

So much fun waiting for you to have with your small family in this stylish home. King size bed in bedroom. Queen size pullout couch in the living room, gives an extra place for the kids to sleep. 65 inch smart TV in living area. Kitchen with all the amenities. Washer, dryer. Smoker pellet grill (pellets provided). Firepit with chairs on river. Brand new 6 seater salt water hot tub. And the Toccoa river is just steps away. Picnic table on river. There are some shallow spots to play in river.
The space
The beautiful Toccoa River is just steps out the front door. We have 17 acres here and our property across the river is backed up to National Forest. Very quiet, nice salt water hot tub. The home is brand new. This home is 2 levels, (2 seperate condo's). One on top and one on bottom. When we are in town, we stay in the bottom. But don't worry, we will not be a bother to you while you are here. New furniture, appliances. Smart TV. Wifi
Other things to note
There are so many hiking trails, sites just minutes from our cabin. Swinging Bridge, Cooper's Creek. All kinds of waterfalls to hike to. Just a few miles down the road. There is a really good BBQ place also, just a couple of miles from the cabin, Wildcat BBQ.

We also provide hand soap, laundry pods, dryer sheets, and dishwasher pods.

Great stay on the river!

Beautiful property, nice clean rental. Owners were very responsive and available when needed. Highly recommend this rental for a couples retreat or for fishing and hiking. Great BBQ right down the road.

We enjoyed the stay. Plenty of room to explore and enjoy the outdoors on the property. Cabin was very clean and well kept. Pellet smoker grill and gas firepit on the poarch are nice.

Amazing! Cabin was more that we expected. Very clean. Super easy check in and out. Beautiful location. Cabin was absolutely beautiful! Come prepared as the nearest store/gas is an hour away. Coopers Creek general store has a few items. Cabin has wifi but most of the area does not have service. Very peaceful. Roads were on the narrow side for us flatland Floridians. We enjoyed a few of the local parks, hikes and trails. Know where you are going as not everything is clearly marked.

Beautiful Place

This was a great little place for us to spend our Thanksgiving! We loved that it was right on the water and on a great piece of land. The cabin was cute and cozy. We felt like we were at our own home! We will most definitely be back soon!

Fantastic getaway in the woods

We loved it here, not a single complaint. Nice clean hot tub, right on the river. Cindy and Jody laid out everything with simple instructions so we didn't have to do much thinking while on vacation ! I would most certainly return here.

Sweet Retreat

This place was perfect for a quiet getaway! It had everything we needed and the grounds were perfect for taking it easy and enjoying nature. 10 out of 10!! I’d love to go back and stay for a week so I could take better advantage of the creek side life! And I’d even love to take my son.

Beautiful Retreat

We rented for a family reunion and surprise birthday party for the family elder in Suches. This was my first booking with VRBO and we were not disappointed. It was a beautiful piece of property - about 70 feet from the Tocoa River with Adirondack chairs river side. The condo is upstairs with a 90 degree (two sided) balcony - with a smoker/grill, two rocking chairs and a porch swing. The living room was well furnished and contemporary, large TV in living room and WiFi worked well (so I could touch bases with work before bed each evening upon return). The kitchen was also lovely as was the bedroom - great, comfortable bed; 100% cotton sheets with a quilt and two large windows looking out toward the river. The bathroom also well done and one of my favorite features was the vanity mirror over the sink, which can be opened and reveal a window! Delightful. Lots of towels and the washer and dryer were great. We wished we could have stayed longer. The drive is gated with a wooden gate- a nice security feature and most of all, the host was awesome in responding to all inquiries, walking us through our first experience and very kind. I highly recommend this if you are seeking a quiet break and love being in the outdoors :)

My husband and myself are from Calhoun Ga. When our kids were little we enjoyed camping and getting away to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Unfortunately, a lot of times we would get ready to come and there would be no cabins or sites left to camp. We wanted to change that. Now that we are empty nesters, we take pride in our paradise on the Toccoa River, that God blessed us with and would like to share it with others.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Thank God, He blessed us with 17 acres. When you pull into our private gate, you are on our property. Drive down the driveway to the cabin. Sit on the top porch and look out over picnic area, firepit with chairs, our bridge with lights over the river. Also, lots of wildlife. We see deer and have spotted a black bear a time or 2. There is also a Bald Eagle that hangs out flying up and down the river.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We take pride in our property. From a Very clean place to sleep, eat, and just rest, to a property that we also take good care of. We have a hot tub that people have raved about. Salt water and the jets provide therapeutic powers that will have you wanting to sit longer than you should. We have a good bit of river frontage on both sides of the river. So when you look out, you have a view of the river and across from the river, the mountains. If you enjoy hiking, our property borders hundred of acres of Cherokee National Forest. Also, the Appalachian trail, crosses Hwy 60, just maybe 10 miles south of the cabin. The area was inhabited by the Cherokee Indians and named the River The Toccoa (which means Beautiful) Can't forget all the places within 10 miles of the cabin that are stocked with Rainbow trout.
