This newly built haven designed to accommodate families or multiple couples seeking a secluded mountain retreat. Tucked into a picturesque setting, this cabin offers modern comforts blended with nature’s tranquility, ensuring an unforgettable getaway.

With two spacious master bedrooms, each provided with bedding and elegant furnishings, couples can enjoy their private sanctuary while vacationing together. The cozy loft sleeping area, perfect for two children, ensures that younger guests have their own comfortable space to retreat after a day of adventures. With 2.5 bathrooms, including modern fixtures and ample space, everyone will have the convenience and privacy they need.

The heart of the cabin is its fully equipped kitchen, complete with appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare family-style feasts or romantic dinners. John C. Campbell Folk School. Celebrate Appalachian heritage, features a wide variety of craftspeople, live music and dance, craft demonstrations, food, and much more. 10 am to 5 pm.

Oct 4-5 - Indian Summer Festival
Woody Gap School in Suches, this festival is a local tradition, offering a variety of activities, including live music, arts and crafts, food vendors, and more.

Oct 10-12, 16-18 - Georgia Mountain Fall Festival
In Hiawassee, features musical performances, craft vendors, educational demonstrations, a flower show, and the State Fiddlers' Convention.

Oct 11-12, 18-19 - Georgia Apple Festival
Ellijay Lions Club Fairgrounds. Vendors with handmade, hand-crafted items, as well as many on-site demonstrations. There is also a parade and antique car show each year.

Located in Talking Rock, GA, 9am - 5pm. The little town of Talking Rock will be filled with booths featuring a wide variety of arts, crafts and antiques. There will be demonstrations for young and old, Bluegrass and Southern Gospel Music and food.

Oct 18-19 - Gold Rush Days Festival
Downtown Dahlonega, 9am - 5pm. Art and craft exhibitors and food vendors gather around the Public Square and Historic District in support of this annual event.

Oct 24 - 26 - Mountain Moonshine Festival, Georgia Racing Hall of Fame
Features one of the largest car shows in the Eastern US, held at the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame and throughout the streets of historic downtown Dawsonville.


Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats. Pets shall always be secured within the boundaries of the property. If the property is not fenced, pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside. If you plan to go out and leave your dog at the cabin, please know that we require they be crated in your absence.

No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday.

Suches Vacation Rentals provides the following amount of basic goods as a Starter Kit for your arrival at the cabin:

Kitchen Trash Bags - 5 (under the kitchen sink)
Paper Towels - 1 Roll per Kitchen
Toilet Paper - 3 per bathroom
Body Soap - Small sample bar soaps (with welcome kit in kitchen)

Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you feel that you'll need more of these items you'll want to bring them with you or purchase them while you are in town.

Since coffee and laundry detergent can be very personal choices we encourage you to bring those with you as we do not provide them.

An ample supply of dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided.

Please be aware that you will be receiving a link to our booking contract via text within 24 hours of making your reservation. If you do not see it come through, please let us know as it must be signed. We are happy to answer any questions about its contents.

Suches Vacation Rentals is available by text or phone 24/7. The number to reach us will be provided in check in information. You will hear a menu listing who is reachable at the time of your call. Our reservations person is available 9-5 for general assistance, guest services, for requests that require in person attention, from 5-10 pm, and from 10pm to 9am someone will be available for rental emergencies.
