Our open concept home features 4 bedrooms with 2 kings/2 queen beds, 3 full baths, out door kitchen, screened in lanai with tv and fans, double garage, brand new smart tvs to enjoy your favorite apps, free internet and a fully stocked kitchen.
Enjoy some of the numerous nearby activities including: Sun Splash Water Park - a great place to go for the day, Mike Greenwells a family friendly park with amusement rides, mini golf, batting cages and raceway, The Shell Factory with their own zoo, mini golf and amazing souvenir shop, Headpinz Bowling, Happy's Fun Center, and so much more!
Bring your clubs! -There are several golf courses nearby.
There are many beaches to enjoy including: Cape Coral Yacht Club, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island.

The house was fantastic, nicely appointed, very neat and clean. Our host, Laura, was extremely responsive and accommodating. We had a little trouble logging into our YouTubeTV the first day and Laura was terrific - she called us right away to address the issue. We were able to walk to numerous restaurants, stores, nail and hair salon, etc. The outside covered patio and separate kitchen area and an outdoor TV were amazing! The neighbors are also very friendly and welcoming. Our dog especially loved the fenced in back yard! We would definitely stay here again!

The home is new and has all the amenities we needed. The beds were sooo comfortable! We absolutely enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen area! There are many stores and restaurants near by. Overall amazing rental!!!!

What a gem!

What a nice place to stay! Most places we have stayed, do not have everything needed. I brought everything and this time did not need it! Their pots and pans were nice, bathroom is stocked, paper towels, you name it! Laura was so nice. We will definitely stay again before our home is finished!

Absolutely Gorgeous & Great Location!!

This was a perfect place for our annual friend getaway! Spacious enough for the 4 couples, beautiful pool, immaculate home & unbelievable decor. Absolutely amazing home! Fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, Keurig coffee pot, everything you need! The location was great. We walked to many restaurants & bars which were only 2 blocks away. Owners were very nice & answered all of our questions. Will rent again!

Beautiful home with amazing patio and pool area

Family trip to Cape Coral to escape cold of MN winter. The home is beautiful, and perfect for our group (6 adults, two teens, and a small dog). Lots of inside and outside hangout spaces, and perfect sleeping arrangements for us. Spent lots of time sunning in and out of the pool, cooking and playing games in the screened in patio space with outdoor bbq, and exploring the Cape Coral area. Laura was great to work with, and always very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here, and we are already making plans to come back next year. Thank you Laura!!!

Cape Coral Girls' Trip

We had an amazing stay at Laura’s vacation home! The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need—including a blowdryer in every bathroom! We especially appreciated the great selection of books, games, and puzzles, as well as the ample supply of pool and beach towels.Beyond the home itself, Laura was a fantastic host—friendly, easy to communicate with, and truly accommodating. When we ran into booking issues caused by the site, she went above and beyond to ensure everything worked out smoothly.Highly recommend this rental for a stress-free and comfortable getaway!

Perfect for our family of 5

This home is beautiful and a perfect location for my family of 5, including 3 teenage kids. We enjoyed our afternoons in the amazing pool and loved cooking in the outdoor kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and everything looked brand new. The location was great and we could walk to the restaurants just up the block. There was a waterpark that was less than a mile away, it wasn’t open for the season yet, but we will definitely check it out next time! We even had groceries delivered from Walmart since we didn’t rent a car. We will absolutely be back again!! Thanks Laura!

Another Amazing Property!!

We loved this house. We’ve rented with Laura many times in the past, at their condo in New Buffalo, MI. and I thought that was amazing. Cape Coral does not disappoint!! Not only is this a beautiful home, but the owners are wonderful to work with. Gorgeous pool, immaculate property inside & out, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor patio and it is so conveniently located. We went to a bar/restaurant called Hurricanes, ate at Texas Tony’s Rib & Brewhouse, had breakfast at House of Omelets, all within walking distance from the house. There were 3 couples and the house was perfect! We will definitely be back! Thanks Laura!

Outstanding Stay – Highly Recommend!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how spotless and new everything was. The house is equipped with every amenity you could need—whether you’re cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen, lounging by the pool, enjoying games, or staying connected with the fast Wi-Fi.Speaking of the pool, it was a highlight of our stay! The water temperature was a perfect 85, making it inviting at any time of day (swimming at night was fun with the multi-colored pool lights. The lanai next to the pool was a dream—featuring a TV, outdoor kitchen, and a spacious dining table where we enjoyed several meals. It was the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and spend time together.The location couldn’t have been better. Everything you need is within easy reach—stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars are all close by. Yet, the property itself still felt private and serene.We were a group of seven adults, and the house offered plenty of space for everyone. The main bedroom and bath were stunning—especially the luxurious rain shower head in the bathroom, which was a treat! Every corner of the house seemed designed for comfort, and the thoughtful details made it feel like home.Lastly, a special shoutout to our hostess, Laura. She was responsive, friendly, and a joy to work with. Her care and attention to detail made the experience seamless.We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a perfect house for our family which included 2 young grandchildren. The screened in porch was perfect for containing the toddlers-we ate all meals out there, The pool was beautiful and enjoyed by all. The property was immaculate, well supplied and comfortably furnished. Laura the owner was exceptionally great with communication!
