Villa Paradise est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme avec un accès Golfe qui peut être atteint en moins de 35 minutes en bateau. Vous tomberez en amour avec les plages sans fin avec de l'eau claire Kristal de Captiva et Sanibel Islande fois Boca Grande immédiatement.
Le Paradise Villa est très moderne et meublé généreusement, chacune des quatre chambres disposent d'une télévision LED où vous pourrez profiter allemand et Fehr Voir Bundesliga en direct sur Sky. La grande piscine et le spa avec une exposition sud-ouest assure à nos clients de soleil toute la journée pour se détendre un grand salon et un bar et grill. Dehors, il ya une télévision LED et sur l'ascenseur de bateau est un bateau de 27 Pieds qui est toujours à votre disposition.
Les couchers de soleil à la station thermale chauffée vous tiendrons prêts pour une soirée inoubliable.

Paradise is really Paradise

Enjoyed our 16 days at this property, we felt at home here. Pool/Spa was wonderful. My husband liked the wet bar in the lanai. The neighborhood was very nice and the people were very friendly. Great home in a very nice neighborhood.

Very nice home. Well maintained and in a very nice walkable neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. It was just my wife and myself, but if you were staying with multiple adults, the inside seating would be a little tight. The front living room has been set up like a second dining room, so there isn’t too much comfy seating other than one couch and love seat. Electricity will run about 25 per day if using the pool heater. Overall a nicely appointed home with an excellent outdoor space and I would stay here again.

Great house, great host!

Just as listed. Quite neighborhood and close to everything. Well stocked and everything worked. Waldemar was an excellent host. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. It was hard to leave.

Villa Paradise is an accurate description!!!

My wife and I booked our honeymoon stay based on the photos and reviews. In spite of hurricane Milton, our stay was incredible! The pool and patio faces west and we spent every evening in the pool enjoying the sunset. Waldemar, our host, went out of his way to make our stay amazing! Thank you for your hospitality and the amazing vacation! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation!

Family get away

The house was great for 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room for all. We loved the patio area and pool as well as the dock and kayak. Great family vacation!

Fantastic rental property!

My sister and I, along with our husbands, were extremely pleased with this rental property as well as the operating manager. It was very clean, included several amenities, was quite, tranquil, and centrally located. If we should ever find ourselves in this area again, we will definitely want to rent here.

Quiet, Relaxing and Far Nicer Than the Pictures Show :)

I probably stated it all in the title. But to elaborate, check in was easy and meeting Waldemar was a pleasure. He explained in detail all of the small things we wouldn't have thought to ask about until later. Like the pool, hot tub and exterior lights. The only negative would be, just when it was starting to feel like home, vacation was over :( But we loved it ! Thank you

The house was amazing and very clean! It came with all the amenities we needed and we felt very welcomed by Waldemar! Close to groceries and restaurants and anything you may need. It was our first time in Cape Coral and we for sure plan on visiting again. Highly recomend this house!

The Baugh vacation

Property owner had to have been the best individual I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, easy to get along with and was more interested in us having the best time. He had everything we needed from pots to pans to pools toys, bikes, fishing and even a extra propane tank... awesome time thanks again Mr. Waldemar

Christmas Vacation

We booked this house for the week over Christmas. It was 6 adults and 2 kids. The house is very spacious we never felt like we were on top of each other. We used the outdoor space every day to hang out, swim, and eat. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils I had everything I needed to cook every night. The Publix is right down the street. Overall it was a great experience.

I rented this for a vacation with my husband, 1 year old child, and dog- It was excellent! Very nice and clean home. The pool and hot tub were awesome; we spent a lot of time in them. They even have a net that blocks off the pool outside for those with very little kids, which I didn't expect but worked out amazingly! Would definitely rent again.

Amazing week long getaway

We have never been to Cape Coral, we were always Orlando lovers, but wanted to try something different. I’m so glad that we did! The house was amazing! All on one level and the outside was a dream. The pool is huge and the outdoor space was incredible with a grill, outside fridge, and an ice maker. The house was close to everything and we can’t wait to come back again next year! The owner was great to work with, answered all of our questions, gave us a tour of the house, explained where everything was. Highly recommend, we loved it! There were 2 adults, 5 kids under 12 and our goldendoodle!

Gorgeous House! Great Hospitality!

We stayed a week for a much needed family vacation. House and pool were very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. Waldemar was great at showing us around and how to run the heat on the pool/ hot tub during check in. We also ended up renting the boat and he gave us some great and in depth pointers on how to navigate through the waters. A much better demo then we would have had had we rented a boat from one of the local rental companies. One of the bathrooms is right off the patio near the pool which is also very handy. Beds were comfortable and we loved having the large tables for family meals and game time. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rental homes and this was definitely one of the nicest. We will stay again!

Great house in a great location!

The house was exactly as advertised. Beautifully appointed with lots of top notch finishes. We did a lot of cooking and we had everything we needed plus! Everything in the house was in excellent condition and worked. We got very spoiled with all the huge TVs. Pool and spa are wonderful. We spent many an hour next to th pool. We loved having our breakfast next to the pool and watching the news on the outdoor TV. The home has 2 bikes which we enjoyed. Also has everything you need for a beach day - chairs, towels and a small cooler. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We had an empty lot on one side and the lot across the canal is also empty. The property manager was very accommodating on check - in and check- out. We didn’t get to know him otherwise because everything was perfect. Wish we were still there!
