Enjoy Lot's of natural light! Flip flopped floor plan (living area upstairs and bedrooms downstairs) designed to take advantage of the views. White water and Big Blue Ocean views from living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony and downstairs main bedroom. Start your morning sipping coffee and checking the surf at Cardiff reef from your living room. Spend the days at the beach, walking around Cardiff, or riding your bike to downtown Encinitas. Evenings should be spent with a cocktail on the deck watching the sunset over the ocean. You get an authentic Cardiff experience staying here, this is our primary residence which we rent out when we are out of town or staying at our second home. Cardiff is a special place and we are happy to share our home with you.

TOP LEVEL (Main Living Area + 1 View Deck + Kitchen + Dining Room + Bonus Room)

Views all the way around. Watch surfers at Cardiff Reef, sail boats pass by and maybe a whale spout (depending on the time of year)! You'll find a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, plates, utensils, cookware) a sun bathed living room with a sectional couch, smart TV and board games. You'll also enjoy the views from the dining room which is located between the kitchen and living room. A balcony directly off the living room faces the ocean where you can relax in the life guard chair or fire up the bbq. You'll also find a half bath on this level and a bonus room with a 75 inch smart TV to watch a movie if are you tired of staring at the ocean.

BOTTOM LEVEL (Master Br + Br#2 + Br#3 +1.5Ba + 1 View Deck off Master)

A master bedroom with a queen bedroom and work station in case you need to squeeze some work in while vacationing. A Japanese soaking tub can be found in the master bathroom. Bedroom Two has a queen bed and a full bathroom can be found before the end of the hall where bedroom three has a special surprise. A pirate themed room with a full size bed for our younger visitors or young at heart friends!

Rounding out the bottom level is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Welcome to Cardiff, a laid back off the beaten path, low key beach community within the City of Encinitas. A throw back beach town and great place to shop, enjoy exquisite local dining, breweries, & gorgeous beaches.

Our home is located just a 5-10 minute walk to the San Elijo State Beach that is swim & surf friendly, lifeguard tower, & a great spot to just relax on the sandy beach & soak in the San Diego sun!

• Shops & Dining

Less than 10 minute walk will also get you to the Cardiff Town Center. Enjoy surf shops like Patagonia, grab a cup of coffee at Bump Coffee, treat yourself to a donut at VG Donut & Bakery, & visit Seaside Market for all your grocery needs. Enjoy dining with seafood, Mexican, & Italian options like Pacific Coast Grill, Las Olas, & Cicciotti's all in walking distance.

• Activities

Take advantage of fun daytime activities at San Elijo State Beach including fishing, snorkeling, swimming, surfing, & windsurfing! Golfers, we are about 10 minute drive to Encinitas Ranch golf course.

• Attractions

Take a 10 minute trip down south to the famous Del Mar Race Track or beautiful Torrey Pines State Reserve and Golf Course. ~25 minutes north head for a fun family day at LEGOLAND California. Other top attractions within about a 30 minute drive include Sea World San Diego, San Diego Zoo, and the Gaslamp District in Downtown San Diego.
