You and your family (yes, we are pet friendly!) will love the spacious open concept house. It's luxurious, while creating a welcoming atmosphere, and provides plenty of activities to create some great memories. When it's time to unwind you'll find there is more than enough room to get comfy and cozy. All of your basic amenities are provided throughout the house.

- - Bedrooms - -

The beautifully decorated bedrooms are a wonderful place to come back to after a day of exploring Gilbert. With three stylish rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, there’s plenty of space for your group.

The master suite has a plush king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom, providing plenty of privacy! There is also a sliding door to give you direct access to the backyard patio and pool. Step into the second bedroom and you will find an amazingly comfortable queen size bed, smart TV, books and plenty of storage in the closet.

The third bedroom is perfect for the little ones as it features two twin sized beds, a smart TV, puzzles, games, books and a color changing moon nightlight to keep them entertained.

All of the rooms feature complete control over the lighting to help find the level you are most comfortable at, fan speed control and charging ports to help keep your devices charged.


- - Bathrooms - -

The stylish bathrooms are equipped with high-end Kohler systems for a relaxing shower or bath after a day of adventures.

The main bathroom is located in the hallway and includes a shower / tub combination and features a high pressure shower head with different settings that allow you to control the water. There is also a lighted mirror that you can keep on to make it easy for the kiddos to find the bathroom at night.

The second bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom and features a walk-in shower. The shower has a main front facing + rain head above so that you can truly relax. There is a dual vanity and lighted mirrors so that you can prep in the morning (or evening) without disturbing your partner with light.

Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided for your convenience so you can pack light!


- - Kitchen, Dining + Lounge Areas - -

The fabulous kitchen, dining and lounge area has an open concept design so everyone can make memories together. It is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home, have fun inside the house and share a delicious meal during your stay.

Get your day started with a cup of coffee from the coffee bar in the kitchen. Here, you’ll find a Keurig machine that makes drip coffee or try one of the coffee pods we'll have waiting for you - whichever you prefer.

When it's time to eat great the kitchen island and dining table has plenty of space for your group to eat, hang out and have fun. This area is open to both lounge areas which allows you to watch TV, listen to music, enjoy the arcade games or just lounge with book.


- - Outdoor Spaces - -

Your group will love spending time in the backyard. Jump into the refreshing pool during the warm summer months (the pool is not heated), have a meal on the patio or enjoy a game of cornhole (or Jenga) on the beautiful artificial turf.

Relax on the comfortable chairs around the pool to soak up the sun or throw up the umbrellas while you watch the family splash around. The outdoor gas grill is perfect for taking advantage of the evenings when you’re in the mood for a lively BBQ. You can also enjoy a meal under the pergola dining area while being illuminated by the warm glow from the charming string lights.

Additional seating can be found at the end of the yard so you can sit back and watch family and friends have fun.

Need to keep your clothes clean? Don't want to leave Gilbert with dirties? Or maybe the kids had a little too much fun. No worries here. Have a washer and dryer, pods and dryer sheets available for your convenience.

You also have the ability to park your car inside our garage if that is what you prefer.
