The home's large fenced backyard is perfect for outdoor entertaining, complete with a heated pool, BBQ grill, swingset, hammock, and plenty of space for games. Inside, you can relax in the spacious living room with A/C and free WiFi, curl up with a good book, or head downstairs to the finished basement for some indoor fun with a game room equipped with a pool table, ping pong, and poker table.

Our property boasts three ample-sized bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Please note that linens and towels are not provided, but we can offer them for an additional fee of $250. You'll have full access to all areas of the home and grounds, ensuring you make the most of your stay.

When you don't feel like cooking, head just 5 minutes up the road and feast at one of Mashpee Commons' top-notch eateries. You'll also find many great shops here to explore.
