This is a new home and the guest side has been converted to a mother-in-law apartment that is approximately 600+ square feet, complete with a bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchenette, and beautiful 10'x16' deck! After you've done the downtown scene, you can escape to this serene getaway where you can count the stars in the sky and see and hear the wildlife at night.

My Skyview home has everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience, including a queen-size bed, a futon that pulls out into a bed that sleeps two, and a small living room and kitchenette that has a two-burner stove-top, a mini-fridge and freezer, microwave/air fryer/convection oven all-in-one, a sink, dishes, pot/pans, silverware, and a K-cup machine with an assortment of coffees for your enjoyment. Other amenities include an electric grill, a fire pit with chairs, and a private deck where you can enjoy the amazing views with a fire and your favorite brew.

If you're a pet lover, great...so am I! I welcome pets (a maximum of two (2) per reservation). I have two very large fenced-in yards to accommodate any size pups. This is an accommodation that I offer to my guests with the paid pet fee.**

NOTE: *The non-refundable pet fee is $50 per pet for 1-3 night stays and $100 per pet for 4+ night stays. Please add your pet(s) to your reservation and let me know you'll be bringing your fur babies. The price will be adjusted accordingly.

If you (and your pup) love the outdoors, you’ll especially love it here with the Cumberland River Bicentennial Trail about a mile away, along with Sycamore Recreation Area and Cheatham Lake and Dam within minutes. Cheatham Wildlife Management Area is also nearby and offers 20,000 acres of outdoor recreation, hunting, hiking, and horseback riding trails.
