Le Cottage est une maison d’hôtes privée nichée derrière la maison principale, une maison de ranch en brique des années 1960, située sur un grand terrain d’un acre dans l’ouest de Nashville. Vous pouvez vivre comme un natif de Nashville ici. C’est un endroit confortable, où on se fait soi-même à la maison, dans un quartier calme et sûr avec de beaux arbres. Les planchers de bois franc se sentent bien sous vos pieds et les ventilateurs de plafond procurent une sensation d’air pur.

Vous disposez d'un parking privé couvert et d'un accès facile au centre-ville en voiture, en bus ou en Uber. C'est proche de l'I-40 et de Charlotte Pike mais pas de bruit de la circulation. Vous pouvez aller à pied au centre commercial Nashville West, à plusieurs restaurants et à un arrêt de bus. Le Charlotte Pike, situé à proximité, regorge de restaurants américains et ethniques et a acquis la réputation d'être un haut lieu de la gastronomie par les gourmets de la ville.

La cuisine est équipée de tous les éléments de base pour cuisiner. Le seul équipement que nous n’ayons pas encore est un lave-vaisselle, mais nous y travaillons. Nous avons en stock quelques collations pour votre arrivée et il y a un Publix à proximité pour faciliter vos achats.

La grande chambre a votre choix d'un lit King size ou de deux lits jumeaux. Il y a un ventilateur au plafond et beaucoup d'espace pour étaler vos affaires, y compris de nombreux plug-ins pour charger vos appareils. Le salon dispose de sièges confortables, de la télévision par câble, d'un lecteur DVD / BluRay, d'une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit et d'un coin bureau avec une magnifique vue depuis une cour semblable à un parc. La grande salle de bains a un sol en marbre et un grand espace pour vos rituels du matin.

Nous utilisons autant que possible des pratiques écologiques, notamment le recyclage, des produits ménagers écologiques et une literie hypoallergénique.

Peaceful cottage

Nice, clean, peaceful and quiet place to stay while in town for our daughter’s wedding. Close to restaurants, the church, downtown, and the Parthenon which was also the wedding venue. Wonderful to come back to the cottage at the day’s end to unwind after the whirlwind of wedding activities!

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY

This cottage was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean and cozy and had everything you need. We enjoyed the quiet once we returned after a night on Broadway. We used Uber to get where we wanted to go and it was around $15 during the afternoon and $25 at night. We could have drove ourselves but it was well worth the Uber fee to not have to deal with everything going on downtown. Highly recommend this cottage!! Thank you Gwen!!

I was in the West Nashville area for three days of training and wanted a nice, quiet place to stay. The property and the property manager, Gwen, were great. Everything was just as described. The property was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a perfect place to stay and rejuvenate before another day’s training. Gwen communicated everything I needed to know promptly and clearly. I will definitely chose this property again if I need to stay in the West Nashville area.

Quiet. Convenient. Cozy. This property was wonderfully perfect for my two-weeks in Nashville. The cottage behind the main house provided all I was looking for in a place to stay, and, to be clear, the space is not fancy or luxurious — but I was not looking for fancy or luxurious. Gwen was a wonderful host, going above the expected. The view out the picture window was wonderful and the covered parking was a welcomed feature on rainy days. I hope to stay again when traveling to Nashville.

The cottage is behind a main residence in a beautiful neighborhood, close to all conveniences. Gwen was a wonderful hostess, who offered lots of amenities and nice touches. Exceeded expectations

This was my first time using any type of Vrbo/airbnd so i was a little nervous. I couldn't be more pleased with our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful with just a short drive to all the attractions we planned to see. Gwen's attention to detail was perfect! Everything was labeled with clear directions and she thought of all the tiny things you may forget. I hope I can get back to the area soon and will definitely be booking the cottage again!

Very dusty and musty- need deep cleaning

Pros: location was decent in a good neighborhood. However, just off the street is Charlotte Pike, which appeared questionable at night so be cautious. We were eating at Hattie’s B nearby, sitting outside and already 3 different time, we see cops flying by. The place has little kitchenette, which is good if you planned on cooking. Overhead parking was nice , especially when it rains. Cons: very dusty- appears it has it been cleaned for a long time. Heavy dust on the ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room, blinds, anything above eye level, bathroom vanity lights, and behind the headboard. I have mite allergy and barely able to stand it so we were out until late when we had to sleep. We ended up sleeping opposite the headboard because of the dust. The color towels smelled like mildew and needs to be replaced. The shower curtain has mildew. The sink and shower had hair when we arrived (appears it was not cleaned). The entire place smelled like old musty cabin. The fire alarm went on during our last day and was removed by the owner because it wouldn’t stop buzzing (this could be due to the heavy dust in the place). The air filter is covered with dust (looks like it was not changed in a long time). If we could have cancelled, we would not stay there. There is also a checklist of things guests needed to do before check out (I.e. wipe down counters, sink, sweep, etc), which we thought that’s what the cleaning/addition fee covers. Disappointing stay.

Perfect Accommodations for a Weekend Away

This quaint house provided exactly what my wife and I needed for a weekend away in Nashville. Conveniently located just outside the city, we were able to quickly travel into and around the city for various activities in minutes... 15 minutes to Broadway, 25 minutes to the Grand Old Opry, 25 minutes to the zoo, and very close to lots of hiking opportunities. The property was very private and completely stocked with all of the towels/linens and appliances that we needed. Although we ate out, the kitchen did have everything I would have needed to cook every meal. We appreciated the tourist pamphlets and books that were present, making it easy to so some last minute research of the area. We will definitely stay here again when we come back! Thanks Gwen!

Very Nice Stay

This property is a cottage located behind the many house on over 1 acre. You have a carport to pull into directly adjacent to the front door. Eat in fully stocked kitchen with living room with large picture window that faces the back of the property. Also French doors that open to a small porch. Largo bedroom and bathroom with high end linens and towels. Overall womderfall stay.

Great Cottage in the middle of a city

This is a wonderful place to stay, Especially if you have a car. Restaurants, grocery stores , Target,Macy's and many other stores are within walking distance or a short 2 or 3 minute drive.It's a $15ish Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway when you head down to that area. Cheaper than paying $40 to park. As well as not having to worry about driving home after having some adult drinks. It was an easy drive to the Opry and would highly recommend getting tickets. Pay the extra to get into the Circle room ahead of time. Well worth the experience. We really felt very welcome and at home staying here. Gwen will make sure you are well taken care of and have everything you need.

Another Great Stay.

This a Private cottage behind the main house with an attached carport that sits on about a half acre of land. Large picture window in living room and French doors showcase the park like setting of trees and wildlife. Squirrels, many types of birds and chipmunks can regularly be seen. The cottage has a well stocked kitchen with all amenities. Very large bathroom and bedroom with high end linens. A very short drive to all grocery and restaurants you will need. All in the beautiful neighborhood of Hillwood. Drive around the neighborhood. You won’t be disappointed.
