This 3 bed/2 bath home will ensure a cozy stay and is a short drive to the French Quarter. This private home sleeps 6 guests and offers everything you need to stay comfortably and live like a local. The apartment blends modern art and extremely comfortable furniture. Minutes away from local coffee shops, bars, boutiques, and public transit--you have unbeatable access to the lively city of New Orleans.

The Space:
Your home quarters share a huge backyard terrace with the neighboring units. Just 5 minutes east of Oretha Castle Haley Blvd and 10 minutes from the French Quarter you have easy access to all nearby attractions.

The home is fully furnished and decorated with curated antiques and art, along with top of the line equipment and modern luxuries.

Your plush down comforters and memory foam pillows will ensure a good night’s sleep, leaving you rejuvenated and ready to explore all what New Orleans has to offer.

Primp and pamper before the day with our complementary bath products and hair dryers. Fresh linens and toiletries are provided for each guest.

With high speed internet and 2 smart LCD TVs, everyone can share their adventures, catch up on work, and binge watch all at once.

Guest Access:
The guests will enjoy the entire place exclusively for themselves. Keyless entry with backdoor access.

The Neighborhood:
This historic neighborhood is where several famous jazz musicians got their start as well as being the birthplace of monumental moments in civil rights history such as where Martin Luther King Jr.’s Southern Christian Leadership conference was founded.
The main strip, Oretha Castle Haley Blvd, offers many unpretentious shops and restaurants to pop in and out of. Major nearby attractions include Martin Luther King Jr. statue, the Southern Food and Beverage Museum, Ashe Cultural Arts Center and live music at the New Orleans Jazz Market.

Getting Around:
The closest bus stop is a short walk to Loyola at Seventh Street.
Taxis and ride shares such as Uber and Lyft, also operate heavily in the area.
For those traveling by car parking in front of the house is readily available.
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is just a 20 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
Terrific for family gatherings, or to come and visit NOLA for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, etc.

My son and i stayed here. It was fine and I'm glad i supposedly got a discount. It wasnt as clean as it could've been. I cleaned better than the cleaning people with spills, stains on counter and cabinets and unclean showers. The toilets and sinks were clean. Wifi was terrible. I had to use my hotspot for a virtual meeting. There was no washer and dryer, as listed. And the power went out two days during my 3night stay. When i messaged the property owner, i got no response. Location is on a main road and convenient to my son's school, which is why we stayed here. I've stayed a few blocks away and had no problems in the neighborhood. I know new orleans, so it was fine, even if it looks sketch. There was parking in front of the building. I'd stay here again, only if it was really cheap and i didnt plan on being there much. God spot to lay your head, after you clean it.

The location was 10 to 15 mins from everything. The home was clean. I didn't have a problem with parking. The host was very responsive. I extended my stay and the host accommodated my extended stay. I will definitely stay here next time I am in New Orleans.

New Orleans Getaway

I took my 2 17 year old granddaughters on New Orleans vacation to site see, eat good food and take a couple of hands on cooking classes. We were very happy with the condo. It was very clean. Everyone had their own bedroom. It was shot gun style and we loved it. All but one night we had easy parking in front of condo. It was a easy commute to downtown New Orleans by car.

Shotgun style house/condo

Overall was a positive experience. The supplies were actually not enough for a group of six. There was also not enough seating in the living room. The two black chairs in the picture did not exist. Beds were very comfortable.

Great Mardi Gras Home Base

A small group of us needed a home away from home and this spot worked well. It was great to have two bathroom and all the basic kitchen supplies. A great trip to New Orleans.

Lovely Shotgun house

The house was very quaint, cute and clean. We didn’t realize it was a shotgun house so it was very interesting moving room to room but it was a fun experience for me and my friends. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again! Thank you M&M!

Disappointed by property

When we arrived, the code was changed on the door. Had to contact owner to get new code. That was OK - they had a situation with the last tenant, and as a host I understood. The property was super overpriced and was not accurately represented by the photos. The televisions and two of the beds were fine. (two larger beds). One of the twin beds appeared to have blood all over the top of the boxspring. The place was also dirty. The bathrooms and the kitchen were dusty and gross and I didn't even take a shower because of the shape the back bathtub was in. I noticed that the place was taken off VRBO allegedly right before we checked in, so even surprised to be asked to review. This place felt super shady.

Double Booked

After driving over 6 hours we arrived and was unable to access the unit because someone else booked the same unit. My family and I literally had to sleep in our car. I previously requested an early check in and was told the unit was being cleaned when it really had the other renter checking in early. I will not be using this site anymore BOOK A HOTEL a be safe from the HELL I went through!

Nice House

The wifi signal was very weak in the back of the house. Other than that the overall stay was fine. We did see a couple of ants in the front bathroom.

Amazing

It was what was needed to feel like home. The neighborhood the home is in is where I grew up at so it was nice and convenient for me to see family and friends. Wish I could’ve stayed another day so I can see the second line pass in front the house. Nice neighbors as well. If you’re visiting this the spot!

Great little property

We had booked this property for our family vacation. The shotgun style layout it was a little different for us, however, it worked out just fine. The location was great, as were the hosts. We would definitely use this property again in our visits to New Orleans.

Close to everything

Very nice stay, Ubers we inexpensive and quick to the Quarter. We enjoyed the home, the AC worked really good during the heat wave! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place close to the quarter/downtown area

Excellent value for our group of four older guys

We four old friends get together somewhere every year. This year NOLA was the destination and we stayed for a week. The only issue we had was with a washing machine, but there's more than one on the property so no problem. Overall, very clean and mostly quiet. The backyard patio was enjoyable in the evening.
