- We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.

- Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

- Kindly refrain from smoking inside the property to prevent the smell from spreading. If you need to smoke, please do so at least 15 ft away from the premises. Violation fee: $750

- Please do not throw any solid food or oil in the sink to avoid clogging. Violation fee: $250.

- Please tidy up after yourself. Charges may apply for damages or extra cleaning. Minimum fee: $300

- No pets allowed. No street parking allowed. Violation fee may apply.

- This house may have a BBQ grill, and the cleaners brush the grate/coils of the grill. However, it is not deep cleaned for every arriving guest. If you plan to use the grill, please use the provided brush. If it`s missing, kindly purchase one from the store, and we will reimburse you. Alternatively, please message us, and we will deliver one. Thank you.

***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time.
- Early check-in is subject to approval and incurs a fee of $100 for every hour before the check-in time.
- Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.

- Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you`ve received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.

- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
