Access pass for activities is $5.00 per person per day or $15.00 per person per week vs homes that have high upcharges for pool heating and maintenance (Prior notice is needed to be added to our guest list). Your house is furnished from top to bottom with amenities that include but not limited to, fully equipped kitchen & bathrooms, 65” 4K Smart HDTV w/ sound bar & subwoofer, in the living room & a 55" 4K Smart HDTV w/ sound bar & subwoofer in master bedroom along w/ TV's and soundbars/ woofers in both guest bedrooms. Extra large capacity washer/dryer along w/ king & queen size memory foam mattresses. High output HVAC system will keep the temperature just the way you like it year round.
