On a beautiful bend of the Betsie River, you’ll find this cozy waterfront getaway, tucked into a cul-de-sac and offering 150 feet of river frontage. Spend summers fishing for salmon and trout, exploring the water via the provided kayaks and canoe, golfing, or riding ATVs at Twisted Trails Off Road Park, about six miles away. In winter, guests will love the easy access to Crystal Mountain for skiing and snowboarding, around two miles away. Find several restaurants and other amenities in tiny Thompsonville, about four miles away, or head for Frankfort on Lake Michigan for more options, around 19 miles northwest.

At the home itself, spend quiet mornings with coffee on the beautiful deck overlooking the river. When you get hungry, step inside to the full, well-equipped kitchen to whip up some breakfast. The open living area features several cozy spots to gather with loved ones and two large tables for enjoying home-cooked meals together.

After a day of exploring, come home to relax while the washer/dryer makes quick work of any laundry. A large lower-level family room, plus a hangout spot in the garage, complete with a dartboard, means there’s space for everyone to have fun. More entertainment options include three streaming-capable TVs, free WiFi, cable, and a DVD player for movie nights. If you want to unplug entirely, opt for a family cookout on the gas grill, dinner alfresco, and a marshmallow-roasting session around the firepit in the yard. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
