Welcome to Athens, Georgia! Our 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 4,000+ square foot home is the perfect place for your UGA weekend. We have hosted families for SEC football games, graduations, and parents weekends for the last 10 years and we are excited to once again be able to offer our family's home for select UGA weekends. Our home is a 10 minute drive from the University and downtown Athens. A parking pass is included for UGA football weekends.

On the first floor of the home you will find a large living room, dining room, kitchen, large breakfast room, and screened-in porch. The master bedroom with a king bed is also on the main level along with a guest bedroom with a queen bed and crib. Both bedrooms have newly renovated full baths attached.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms and an upstairs living room. The first two bedrooms share a jack-n-jill bath and the third bedroom has its own private bath. There are 5 beds total on the second floor:
2nd floor bedroom 1 = 1 full bed (Jack n jill)
2nd floor bedroom 2 = 1 twin + trundle (Jack n Jill)
2nd floor bedroom 3 = 2 twins (private bath)

Our home is located in a quiet family neighborhood with a large, 2 acre backyard. There is plenty of space to host your family's graduation dinner here or use this spacious home as a comfortable base as you come and go over the weekend.

Please note this is our private family residence that is only offered for select weekends. Parties / events are not allowed. We do offer 1 month rentals in the summer for $2500 / week. Please contact me for more information.
