Charmante maison, près d'un beau parc et terrains de tennis !

Thank you so much for the kind words. It was a pleasure hosting you, welcome back anytime!

We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations, Charlien, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback. We take all guest experiences seriously and always aim to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. To clarify the sequence of events: You reached out on the day of check-in requesting to cancel, but as we discussed, our cancellation policy doesn’t allow for refunds at that point, which you kindly acknowledged at the time. We noticed you didn’t arrive on the first night but checked in the following day. Regarding the concerns you raised about cleanliness and other minor items, we’re surprised to hear this, as we’ve never received similar feedback from previous guests, and we personally ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and maintained between stays. If there were any specific issues during your time with us, we wish we’d had the chance to address them promptly while you were here. We value transparency and hope this provides some context for future guests. We’re committed to continuously improving and look forward to hosting others who will enjoy our home as much as our many positive reviewers have. Good day!
