Welcome to our newly renovated, seascape- designed retreat! This beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers a cozy and stylish getaway for your family or group, accommodating up to 6 guests.

LIVING AREA: Relax in the comfortable living area, which features a pull-out couch for flexible sleeping arrangements, air conditioning, and a TV for your entertainment.

BEDROOMS & BATH: The condo includes two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with two beds, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combination.

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY: Prepare your favorite meals in the kitchen, fully equipped with brand new appliances. For your convenience, the space also includes an in- unit washer and dryer. All linens are provided.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this two-bedroom condo in Ocean City! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend getaway! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ocean City!

The property had not been cleaned prior to our check in but as soon as I let Anthony know he went above and beyond to rectify the situation and was very apologetic. The pool was great and there was plenty of parking. Great host.

Reasonably priced vacation spot

Convenient little spot near Seacrets and the boardwalk. Great for the car show since there was ample street parking and a pretty spacious parking lot. Anthony was quick to reply to all of my questions.

Quiet Getaway

Owner was amazing with responding to messages throughout our trip and accommodating. There’s a park up the road, the pool was great, and you can see Jolly Roger from the condos. It’s also back far enough from the main roads that it is very quiet, considering we stayed in July. Since it was July, it was very hot. The owner brought in another (new) portable a/c unit to ensure we were comfortable in the unit. The kitchen included pretty much everything needed to be able to cook (cooking utensils, cutlery, pots/pans, coffee, etc.)

Convenient location

We came for a quick beach getaway. We lucked out with parking each day by the beach so we didn’t have to walk from the bayside to ocean front. It was a good location, close to restaurants and activities.

We had a great time staying here. Conveniently located to everything that OC has to offer. The weather did not cooperate but we still had a great time. Would stay again.

It's a great location because it's close to the water, restaurants, and other fun locations. Anthony, the host, is so awesome with communication - he was responsive, friendly and quick to get back to me with any questions I had. The condo itself is in a safe area with other neighbors nearby. Everyone staying at the same apartment complex seemed pretty chill. There was only one incident where neighbors on the opposite end of the building got a little loud one night, but that didn't last long. The condo building has a permit-only parking lot on right side of the building, but we ended up parking on the street on the other end of the building where the condo is located.The interior of the condo is not new, I'd say it's well-used, but clean for our stay.

This condo was filthy! Sand on the floor and beds & the bathroom smelled of piss. Kitchen stove was also dirty. I don’t even think the sheets were changed! Although the host said their ‘pro’ cleaners would come back, I didn’t trust that they would do the job or trust them alone with my personal things. I didn’t want to change my schedule to accommodate cleaners! Also was charged 100 by condo manager for smoking on the deck for 20 seconds. We didn’t see the signs & as soon as we did we went to the sidewalk. The host didn’t charge me the 100 because of the dirty condo. I think that was a cop-out & a bogus charge. I would never stay at this condo again because although it was convenient location, the condo could use some upgrades for the cost & for a place that charges for cleaning, it should’ve been spotless. Also the towels provided didn’t smell clean. Saving grace was the washer/dryer so we could wash linens. Save your money & rent elsewhere.

Melanie, not only did I offer to have them come back and clean I provided picture evidence that they came before your arrival. I also accommodated you to check in early, and also showed proof from the condo board that you disregarded clear signage of no smoking on the deck and was nice enough to cover the fee myself. This is a very unfortunate review that I did not expect with how communicative I was with you.

The host/owner was fantastic and very responsive. The property itself was quite nice and a completely adequate size. Not large if you have a crew of 4 and plan on staying inside the whole time, but who goes to Ocean City to stay inside? There was most things you would need, but just barely. For example, their welcome book stated that there were extra trash bags under the sink. There were not. Just the one in the trash can. There was exactly one roll of toilet paper, empty shampoo dispensers in the shower, we struggled to find enough plates and cups for meals (and there were only 4 of us). No paper towels at all. So if you have more than about 2 people, you’re going to want to bring your own. Several of the dishes were quite dirty/crusty and needed to be washed before use. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which is awesome since the beach and water park are close by. We came back wet most of the time and it was great to be able to toss our stuff in the dryer.We did not have a parking pass because the last tenants accidentally took it home with them, but it didn’t matter one bit as there was plenty of free parking right outside on the street. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach and the very end of the boardwalk. But MUCH further to the part of the boardwalk that you are probably picturing. Overall I recommend this property. There were the couple little things I mentioned, but nothing that couldn’t be remedied by a quick trip to the store. Thanks Anthony!
