Situé au 106A 120th st. Unité 304
Notre condo a été entièrement rénové et TOUT est flambant neuf 2016.
Toute nouvelle peinture, nouveau revêtement de sol, nouvelles salles de bains, nouvelle cuisine ... tout nouveau! Nous avons vidé le lieu et tout rénové. Regardez les photos !!!
Situé sur un canal avec un immense balcon pour prendre un café le matin ou dîner le soir sur l'eau.
Tout est à 2 pâtés de maisons. CVS, Food Lion, WAWA, Dunkin Donuts, 7-11, Crabcake Factory, Green Turtle et bien d'autres encore.
Feu d'artifice impressionnant chaque dimanche soir depuis le balcon. Beaux couchers de soleil et vues sur le lever du soleil également. Cet endroit a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin.
Vous ne serez pas déçu du tout.
Réservez en hiver pour un week-end agréable avec une cheminée confortable.
Vous pouvez être sur l'immense balcon et voir la baie et l'océan ou sur la passerelle du balcon avant et voir les enfants jouer dans la piscine ... Un gros plus

The condo was perfect! Clean, quiet, and updated. My family kept commenting on how perfect the location was. Nice view and an easy walk to the beach. Very conveniently located next to CVS,Wawa, and a Dunkin’. My family also said they’d stay there again next year.

Place and Location were Excellent

We had a great stay here. We’ve been coming to OCMD for about 10 years, and this was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. Location was excellent. So many things in walking distance, including the beach. The balcony was large and peaceful to just sit outside and look at the nice views of the canal and bay. The place is also spacious with plenty of seating and fun decor. We would highly recommend.

The best place I’ve ever stayed

My friends and I had THEE BEST time at this location. The coffee in the morning on the balcony to the pool to the people. Overall GREAT stay. I’m actually looking for future dates so I can go back! Check in and out was so easy. Ugh, if you’re looking for a place to stay, hands down pick this one.

Perfect for a friend group or a family getaway!

My group was pleasantly surprised by this place! The balcony was an amazing addition. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to cook at home! The beds were super comfy. The host is extremely nice and responsive! I would highly recommend this spot if you are going on a weekend trip or even a week long trip with your family. It is a little further from the boardwalk but is worth it. It is such a close walk to the grocery store and other shops- amazing! I have nothing bad to say.

Labor Day weekend

This condo was beautiful. The owners are so nice and very helpful with any questions. Location is close to the beach and a short drive to the boardwalk. Overall, our stay was great.

Loved it!

Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Everything you need for a great stay. Close to all amenities--tons of activities. If you're lucky enough to be there for the Sunday night fireworks, you've got a front row seat on the balcony. We will definitely stay again!

OC stay

The property was well maintained. The bedrooms were nice sizes but the beds were "squeaky". We loved having all the amenities of home while away from our home. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

A hidden gem on the north end

This was our first time staying on the north end (off of the board walk) for a few nights on our way in. The owners were very attentive and responsive. The unit was clean and offered a nice distance between the two bedrooms. The pool was warm and it was just a short walk to the ocean. Would definitely recommend.

Even better than we expected!

This place was a gem! Its actually larger and roomier than it looks in the pics. Its really adorable. It was clean and in a great location to easily get to beach, shops, restaurants etc. A/C was great - which is important to us and the mattresses were also comfortable. The view down the canal to the bay at sunset was beautiful. We tried to be out on the balcony every night for it.

Not bad (family of 5)

Postives: -nice area of Ocean City (esp if you want a more sleepy or quiet section of housing). Plenty to do and eat immediately close by. -Good beach parking access nearby. -good communication with manager -Bedrooms pretty nice -Kitchen nice -Good pool Negatives: -Not enough seating in living area -Not enough lighting -Sliding doors didn't work well (master barely budged) -Dining table listed as seating 6, but barely being able to handle 4. -other minor annoyances like bathroom drain plug not working, and Master AC vent constantly rattling.

Unit was clean and updated. Randy was excellent to work with. Our only detraction from 5 stars, was lack of furniture. We were a party of 5 and other than the couch, there was no additional seating for the living room. The wooden benches from the dining room were not condusive to lounging.There also was no internet access available.

Beautiful, Clean Condo

We were very impressed with this condo. The condo is conveniently located to the grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, and restaurants as well as a short walk to the beach. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a lovely beach theme throughout. The kitchen is beautiful and adequately equipped. If I were to rent this place in the future, I would bring along some essentials that were missing for me, such as oven mitts. We thought it a bit odd that there were no trashcans in the bathrooms, but that was easily fixed by using a grocery bag. There were 7 of us for the weekend and the only thing wished for was more seating because the weather was rainy and we all wanted to watch a movie. However, these are minor things and I would most definitely rent this condo again. I was remiss in getting the exact number of the condo in the unit and the owner kindly and quickly called me back within just a few minutes. VERY NICE people to work with!!! Definitely consider this place if you are looking to rent in beautiful OCMD!

The beds....

I’m so sorry to say but we just can’t stay here again unless the beds are replaced. The full bed in the 2nd bedroom is broken. There’s some paint cans under it trying to support it. You cannot sleep in it without rolling towards the side where the frame is broken or sleeping on a hump in the center. It is unusable. The queen in the Master bedroom has some kind of other mattress shoved under it leaving it with a giant hump in the center also where you roll off to the sides. This was difficult and disappointing for us as we were there literally only to sleep - didn’t cook or use any of the other many terrific amenities. The condo is lovely, a great location and everything it says it is in the description. Randy is easy to communicate with and a good host and the condo is very clean.

Beach & Bay Beauty!

What a wonderful location for a girls trip getaway! We enjoyed not having to drive to a beach and the pool was a win when the ocean was too rough. Close to plenty and far enough from the boardwalk that it was relaxing and calm. The deck out back was a highlight for watching boaters, feeding ducks & watching sunsets. The condo was clean and, seemingly, well decorated. We think, the most decorated of all places we've stayed! I did find it odd that there wasn't information on the area/what's expected of us/welcome packet upon arrival. Plenty of sleeping areas (sleeps 6 comfortably, pull out couch would not be considered comfortable). The outdoor chairs made for good indoor seating at the dining table in a pinch. Great stocked cabinets for cooking. Ice maker in fridge was a plus. The bathroom in the master bedroom can use a new wax ring. We were calling that toilet the roller coaster ride. We did feel like the lighting in the living room was a bit dark and could've used more seating as opposed to the beautiful décor. Also, the guest rooms could use less décor so you can place a suitcase on the tops of the dressers. It's pretty, but less functional. These are all things that wouldn't deter me from booking/coming back, but could be an easy fix to push the condo from great to excellent! Thank you for a great stay!!
