Pine View Cabin is 2 bedroom log cabin tucked away on 70 wooded acres. The cabin provides comfortable furnishings and is approximately 10 minutes from the Old Man’s Cave or Ash Cave waterfalls. Sit around a campfire or soak in a bubbling hot tub. One queen and one full bed space for up to 4 guest. Queen bedroom has smart TV. Complete kitchen and gas fireplace make the cabin a cozy hideaway for your family. A new covered deck with a picnic table, hot tub & smart TV to enjoy while lounging in the tub or watching the open fie. Offering a charcoal or propane grill. We are pet friendly with a 2 dog limit and a $50 pet fee. Close proximity to other Hocking Hills State Parks.

Hot tub was awesome. We spent most of our time there. Loved the TV on porch! We did leave some new ice cube trays, but great time!

Perfect cabin for our little family of 3. The trails behind the cabin were a nice surprise. The hot tub was a hit. Perfect for coffee in the morning.

Nice stay in Hocking area

Very clean and cutely decorated. We were there to do some hiking, appreciated that we could take our dogs and they had balls, etc. for them also. Love the hot tub.

Perfect

Completely private location. Located on personal property with a similar cabin located over 150 away with same privacy. Fully treed lots. Nice short walking paths for the pets. Centrally located for all thrills and sites of The Hocking Area. Extremely clean, warm and inviting.

Honeymoon

We got married last week and are closing on a house so we just wanted a low key weekend honeymoon till we have time to go away. This was perfect. Clean, well stocked, quiet, and private. The ONLY thing I would change is leave the firewood under the porch roof, we can carry it to the firepit, but it was already soaked by the time we got there and couldn’t have a fire, because even the local wood for sale was soaked

Great location, private, quiet. We used it as a place to sleep and a base to head out to the trails. It was beary cozy, warm and dry. Would rent it again.

perfect getaway

This cabin was so charming & cozy. The location was awesome. Very secluded but still nice & close to anything you'd want to do/see. We really enjoyed having our own walking trails on site as well. We would absolutely stay again & again!

Anniversary Getway

The cabin was perfect! It was secluded which we liked! The hot tub was nice at night! Our dogs loved exploring the woods around the cabin! We had a wonderful getway to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary!

Refreshing, cool air conditioning that is adjustable. Fire pit outside was great for cooking s'mores and watching the stars. Hot tub is very relaxing. Loved cooking all of our meals in the kitchen and playing games at the table. Nice little hike to n the property. 10 mins from small grocery/ deli store and most of the popular hiking trails. 25 mins from Logan which was a great town to eat out ant, play mini golf and rent pontoons. Quiet and secluded as well as affordable!

Quaint and peaceful

Wonderful place to get away from it all. Hot tub worked great and was clean. Grill worked and was large. We walked the path to the waterfall which was beautiful but no water really flowing at this time. Not anyone’s fault of course lol. The internet worked great and it was perfect for our small honeymoon. We will be back 💜

The stay was amazing! The waterfall is what i was looking forward to. It is a hike and then down the side of the hill. It's not an easily accessible waterfall. The girls wouldn't let me go due to my knees. Do what you will with that. Other than the waterfall it was amazing! We will definitely return! Psstt we left the realnon decaf coffee lol

Avoid This Cabin – Major Disappointments and Poor Communication

I had high hopes for this cabin getaway, but it turned out to be a frustrating experience. From the moment I arrived, it seemed like one issue after another. First, the bed mattress was incredibly stiff and unstable, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Every time I moved, it felt like I was on a seesaw. Not exactly the cozy retreat I was expecting. The bathroom was another disaster. The toilet tank overflowed after each flush, leaving me to clean up a soggy mess. To make matters worse, the hot water was completely unusable as it reeked of rotten eggs. This issue could have been easily fixed with proper maintenance, but it clearly hadn't been addressed. Small details mattered too, and the broken soap dispenser was another annoyance. It’s a simple fix, yet it made the cabin feel neglected. The fireplace didn’t work at all, which was a huge letdown. A big reason I chose this cabin was for the advertised "cozy" gas fireplace. Instead, I was left with a useless, cold corner-piece in the living room. The worst part, though, was the lack of communication. The owner sent an inaccessible.pdf with the pin code, and they didn’t respond to my requests for help until late on check-in day. Overall, this stay was a far cry from the relaxing retreat I’d envisioned. The lack of maintenance and basic functionality turned what should have been a charming experience into a disappointing one. I wouldn’t recommend this cabin to anyone unless major improvements are made.

Well kept cabin that was nice and secluded but still close to everything. Owners sent check in info directly after booking. Our dog had a very comfortable first vacation. Would definitely book again.

Sweet cabin in the woods. Fantastic place to spend a long weekend. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed watching movies while in the hot tub. Good communication with owner. Highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed Hocking Hills area. Cabin could offer a little more tho. Not enough cookware like cookie sheets and some spices. But for the price it was comfortable.
