*THE SPACE*

- Bedrooms

Each bedroom features a hygienic en-suite bathroom and is equipped with wardrobes, a desk, and is fully air-conditioned. It has good air circulation and optimal exposure to natural light.

- Master Bedroom ---> king-sized bed + en-suite bathroom (situated on the ground floor)

- Bedroom 2 ---> king-sized bed + en-suite bathroom (situated on the 2nd floor)

- Bedroom 3 ---> king-sized bed + en-suite bathroom (situated on the 2nd floor)

- Baby cot (additional cost)



- Living Area

The common area is spacious, artsy, and well-design with a modern sunken living room concept.

The living room is the main highlight of the villa. It's insta-worthy yet cozy, designed to make you feel at home. Perfect spot to chill and spend quality time with family and friends. You also have two options make your own preferred living room, an enclosed air-conditioned living room or make it an open living area. Equipped with Android TV, eye-catching interiors, fully air-conditioned, and a guest restroom.

It also provides fast reliable WiFi, making it a work-friendly space.



- Kitchen & Dining Area

The kitchen is fully equipped to provide you with essential needs during your stay. Cooking equipment, dining ware, and any other kitchen essentials and amenities.

The dining area is chic, with a large modish dining table. It is a perfect spot to feel the togetherness with your loved ones, and have a nice dinner. A baby high chair is available at an additional cost.



- Pool/Outdoor Area

The private pool area is equipped with a poolside bed for you to relax, release stress, and feel the warmest of sunlight. The water is crystal clear blue. It's an oasis in the midst of the heat of Bali. A pool fence is available at an additional cost.



- Parking Space

There's a free parking space on premise that can accommodate motorbikes and cars.



*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE*

-- Include housekeeping/cleaning service 6x a week

-- Fresh bedding/bed linen and towels at check-in

-- If you stay longer than 3 nights, bed linen are changed 2x a week and towels are changed 3x a week. If you require daily changes for sheets and towels, please be advised that there will be an additional charge for express laundry services.

-- Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them during their stay. In case of any damage occurs please inform the host :)

-- Bringing pets is only allowed with the approval of the host

-- The maximum number of guests allowed to stay is 6 people. For each additional guest, there will be an extra charge of IDR750,000 per person per night, which includes an extra bed.



-- Rescheduling or changing the reservation dates will only be accepted if the guest makes the request at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
