Sunrise Cottage

Modern Country Cottage a two year old construction, stylish décor and expansive views. Enjoy the rays of sunshine in the breakfast nook and relaxing sunset off the back porch. Nestled in the pecan grove of an 65 acre retired horse ranch, there is ample space to walk run or just sit and take it all in. We are about 15 minutes from Round Top and Fayetteville, giving access to dining and antique/art shopping! Also New Ulm (ten miles) Brenham and Bellville within 20 miles and not far from La Grange.
The space
Peaceful, relaxing, serene, incredible sunsets, playground for children, nice walks for the whole family and/or friends.
Guest access
The whole house is available.
The playground (swings, sew-saw, tree-house ) is available BUT adult supervision is required.
Guests are welcome to the fire pit area for an evening out under the stars, or the charcoal barbeque to cook you own meal. Fire wood is available.
Horse trailer parking available behind the barn.
If you need a pack n play, let me know before you arrive and I will have it ready for your baby.
Other things to note
Although our cleaning policy has been very thorough, we are increasing our precautions to prevent the spread of the corona virus by using additional disinfectant and allowing at least one day between guests.
