★ OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE ★

Pool Retreat:
Transition seamlessly from the indoor open concept to the beauty of the outdoor pool area with 3 water falls, visible through large, sunlight-bathed windows and doors. Dive into the cool waters of our professionally maintained pool, and enjoy the essence of a tranquil day outside. A hot tub is available for your relaxation as well and the entire backyard is surrounded by an 8 foot tall fence for maximum privacy. You can control the hot tub and use it when you like. If you want the pool heated, we do charge an extra $50 per night and it only heats to about 85 degrees and may not heat close to that in the winter months.

Outdoor Grilling:
Experience the convenience of an outdoor grill located just beside the pool, perfect for alfresco dining.

Covered Patio + Seating Area:
Just a step through the back door into the covered patio where you'll find a welcoming seating arrangement with plush chairs and a sofa, making it a prime spot for engaging conversations or watching the game on the patio TV.

Convenient Parking:
Take advantage of the spacious parking available in the 3-car rear-entry garage, secured with an 8 ft security gate for your peace of mind.

Security:
The City of Plano requires us to have 2 security video monitoring cameras. To comply with City of Plano regulations, we have installed security cameras at the front and back of our property. The front camera monitors the walkway, while the back camera covers the security gate. These are the only cameras on the premises, and they do not capture any areas where guests stay. We prioritize your privacy and ensure it is fully respected during your stay.

This house is registered with the City of Plano and complies with Chapter 6, Article XXIV, of the City of Plano Code of Ordinance, Registration of Short-term Rental Properties.

24/7 Self Check-in with smart lock for effortless access to the home. You will have access to the entire house except for the closet in the master bath.

I am available through the app and my cell phone to answer any questions or requests you may have during your stay here. My cell phone is in the guest book in the house. Please message or call me if you have any issues at all.

The neighborhood boasts a charming and peaceful atmosphere, with tree lined streets and well maintained homes. The area is safe, quiet and perfect for families or anyone looking for a tranquil place to spend a few days or weeks.

This home is located on a single entrance street. There is a little parking on the street but it also boasts a spacious 3 car garage with an eight foot privacy gate accessed from the rear. The privacy gate lets you securely park up to 6 cars.
NO PETS
Pets are not allowed: There are no pets allowed on the Property. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, you will be fined $100 per day as well as any additional cleaning charges. Service animals will be allowed as required by law, subject to our policies.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in its immediate surroundings.

PARTIES
Maximum of 8 people and absolutely no parties without prior consent. This has become a very touchy subject with the city of Plano.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours begin at 9 p.m. every night and end at 9 a.m. every morning. Please consider the neighbors and be nice.

PARKING
For your safety, please park your vehicles in the garage. There is a garage door opener on the counter just inside the garage that will open the security gate as well as both garage doors.

TRASH
Please bag all trash and place in the bins in the garage or the alley. Trash collection happens every Wednesday morning at 7am. If you happen to have a lot of trash, you can take it to the alley and place the trash bags in the brown bins. The green bin is recycle only. Please don’t place the trash cans that are in the garage in the alley. The city will not empty them.

CHECKOUT
Checkout is 10am. Please make sure you have all your stuff and logout of any streaming apps you may have logged in with on the TVs. And if you would start the dishwasher, that would be a huge help for us!
