* Second floor embraces main living room, full gourmet-kitchen, dining room, as well as luxurious Master Suite, with deep soak tub, & standing shower, plus oversized walk-in closet, with built in jewelry storage.
* Third floor features the media/game room, with 75" TV, arcade game, two queen sleeper sofas and another full private bath, and kitchenette!
* From this 3rd level, you can access the double-sized, fully furnished covered patio, ready for morning breakfast at the bistro table or relax in the lounge area.

Post Surgery Stay

The property was very nice and clean and we appreciated the thoughtful snacks left for us. Very convenient for nearby restaurants.I would caution anyone that has younger children that there are 3 stories and it can be difficult to block access to the stairs; regular baby gates won't work for one of the levels which meant we had to use furniture to barricade it to prevent falls. Probably not a problem for most, but something to consider. Also, nicely decorated but many breakable items that we move up high to prevent damage.

Wonderful location! Easy access in every direction. Well maintained property, with three separate floors to allow separation for kids, adults and grandparents. Very quiet neighborhood right in the midst of Legacy/Frisco. Very clean, well provisioned very good appliances.

This place was incredibly clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. My family was in the area for the weekend, and we had a very enjoyable stay. The owners were great to work with and responded to messages quickly. I would highly recommend staying here!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! The location was perfect—convenient, quiet, and close to everything I needed. The place was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made it feel instantly comfortable and welcoming. The host was excellent—very friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, and checking in and out was a breeze. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Great Location

Overall the townhouse was perfect for our needs! The location was close to the Ford Center, reason why we were there. It was centrally located to restaurants and attractions. Perfect Home Away from Home

This was the perfect get away to begin our new family traditions. The home was extremely clean and well laid out. The owners thought of everything to make our stay stress free and entertaining. This was the first of many visits our family will be spending in this home away from home.

Wedding Weekend

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Check in was seamless and we were delighted with the space! The townhome was spotless, and large enough for our family to have wonderful gatherings and privacy when needed. Home Base!

A wonderful home base for our time in Dallas! The host was attentive and provided every comfort of home. Comfortable and cool - Happy to retreat into the AC and watch a movie. Loved the option to add privacy to the patio. Would defintiely stay here again!

Just WOW!

My family stayed at the Coolest Spot on Town for an extended weekend for a birthday celebration and to attend the Ranger's game (They won! Woohoo!). Just WOW! What a wonderful spot! This VRBO hostess thought of everything! Marina asked if she could have anything available for my son's birthday; refrigerator and pantry ready with necessities, as well as toiletry incidentals you may forget to pack, extra blankets and pillows, and a washer and dryer (that we used since we were there with a 3 month old!). It has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Close to restaurants and shopping (The Biscuit Bar, Fogo de Chao, Eggsquisite Cafe, Campisi's, Legacy West, Stonebriar Mall) with easy access to highway travel to and from other areas (Grapevine 18 mi, Choctaw Stadium & Six Flags 33 mi, The Colony 6.5 mi) Highly recommend staying here if in the greater Dallas area. Lagniappe: Galaga game and balcony on top floor with garage parking for an SUV. Perfect!

Great location, very clean. Well appointed

6 adults ( two couples and two friends) visiting Plano for a wedding. Plenty of space and bathrooms.4 total One powder room and 3 with showers including one walk in for the person with a bad hip. AC works great, kitchen has everything. Lots of assorted pillow types.

Such a fantastic space with a wonderful host!

When you rent a home for a trip, you only hope your host is as helpful and responsive as Marina. She was wonderful. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. We often find that a house that "sleeps 6" (or more) may or may not actually have the space for that group to spend time together in a living area as well. Emphasis is on the bedrooms. But the game/tv room and deck on the 3rd floor made for an excellent space for family movies and card games. We were very appreciative that it was an easy place to live in as well as sleep while we were in the area.

Large townhouse was perfect for our entire family and very convenient location to many great restaurants and locations. Having a garage to put our rent a car was nice since there was hail in the forecast.
