Thank you so much for the great review! We're so glad you had a comfortable stay with plenty of room, and that the great, very quiet location worked so well for you. We work hard and hold the highest standard to meet our guests' needs, and we'd love to host you again!

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We are glad to hear that the photos accurately represented the home, that communication was quick, and that you found the house clean and comfortable overall. We are also happy you enjoyed the pool, the promptly heated hot tub, the convenience of having two washers and two dryers, and especially the game room as an interior space for late-night family fun. We appreciate your note about a deeper clean and will share that with our cleaning team for continued improvement. Thank you again for staying with us. We are pleased you had a great experience.

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We are glad your family was still able to enjoy the pool during several sunny days, though we are sorry the pool and hot tub were not in the condition you expected at arrival. We do provide regular weekly pool service, and during your stay we also arranged additional on-demand pool cleaning as soon as the concerns were brought to our attention. Unfortunately, that week had strong winds and rain showers, which can quickly bring leaves and debris into the pool even shortly after service. Still, we understand that guests expect the pool and spa to be clean and ready, especially when they are a key part of the stay. We also regret that the heating experience did not meet expectations. We responded promptly and sent someone out the next day to address the issue, but we understand the pool only reached a comfortable temperature near the end of your stay, which was disappointing. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working closely with our pool service team to improve readiness, especially during windy or rainy weeks and during off-season heating requests. Thank you again for staying with us.

Thank you so much for the detailed and thoughtful review! We're so glad the house was in good condition and matched the photos, that everyone had their own bed, and that the spacious common areas, plenty of linens, the playroom, two washer/dryers, and the well-maintained pool and hot tub worked well for your group of 13. We truly appreciate the constructive feedback. We've taken note of the thermostat setup and are reviewing our cooling approach and added airflow for larger groups, and we're addressing the kitchen drawers and refreshing the pool storage. We work hard and hold the highest standard to meet our guests' needs, and we'd love to welcome you back.

Thank you for the fantastic review! We're so glad the home was perfect for your party, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and that the kids loved the backyard space, pool, and game room. Quick, responsive communication is something we hold to the highest standard for our guests. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you for taking the time to rate the stay. We hope the eight bedrooms, pool and spa gave the group plenty of space, and we would be glad to welcome you back to Anaheim.

Thank you so much for the great rating and for choosing to stay with us! We work hard and hold ourselves to the highest standard to meet our guests' needs, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime!
