The space
This beach house property is a true gem, located just 500 feet from the white sands and emerald green coastline that Destin is famous for. The beautiful 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home sleeps a total of 16 guests and offers comfortable and stylish accommodations, with tastefully decorated rooms and plenty of natural light.

Guests are welcome to the entirety of the home.
-Please pull trash cans to curb after 5pm the night before and put in garage by 12pm on trash days (trash days are Tuesday & Friday).
-No loose trash, it must all be bagged to prevent pests.
-Before checking out, put all dishes in dishwasher, remove all trash and any food items from the house and from refrigerator.
-Set A/C to 74 and leave a/c fan to auto.
-Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use and dispose of ashes in a trash bag and put them in the trash bins.
-If you bring a pet, it is very important to dispose of any dog waste. Do NOT leave in yard.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise levels down after 10:00pm and before 7:00am.
-No smoking. We are a smoke free home. Violation of this rule may forfeit your security deposit and incur a $250 fine.
-Early check in & late checkout are not available to allow time to care for our home between guests.
-Only guests permitted are those stated in reservation, this includes any guests "stopping by" or visiting. Your booking must reflect the correct amount of guests & guest count must be updated in your reservation if additional guests are added.
-There is parking to accommodate up 4 vehicles. Street parking/blocking sidewalk/rightofway may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guest in violation.
-No underage drinking or illegal activity.
-All guests must vacate premises at checkout time (10am) or an additional nights rate & cleaning fee apply.
-We do NOT host groups under 25 years of age at any time. We are not a party/spring break home.
-If police or local authorities are called and eviction is the necessary result, the nightly rate will be applied depending on the issue. Any law enforcement calls may result in loss of entire security deposit, at owners discretion.
-We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 dogs only if house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a one time $250 fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.
-Private pool is used by registered guests only. No pets permitted in the pool.
-No jumping from balcony into pool, immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
-No trash or debris should be left around home or outdoors at any time. Please treat our home as your own.
-Do not rearrange furniture inside the home.
-We do not offer any type of refund for any reason at all, and by agreeing to these rules you acknowledge this. We strongly recommend purchasing additional rental/travel insurance for your peace of mind if something were to alter your trip. Renter must promptly disclose any known or suspected issues with the home.
-Any issues found after checkout that were not disclosed, tenants may be held accountable & could potentially be a charge of security deposit. Any house rules violated is subject to loss of security deposit.
-This property has a MAXIMUM OF 14 INDIVIDUALS. If you bring more people (including children) than agreed upon by your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $25/person per night.
-Early check in or late check out will result in $75/hr fee past the Check-Out time.
-You will be personally responsible not only for any direct damages, but also for any loss of rental income and any other indirect third party damages that result from your stay (Ex. Accommodation and travel expenses of guests checking-in after you, in-case they are delayed until repairs are done).
-REMINDER: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED! Your security deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if there is any evidence of smoking in the house or on its premises.
-Maintenance is not available during your stay. For all urgent emergencies, please call 911.
-Any extra items needed outside of those provided by the host are the responsibility of the guest.
-Trash bins must be pulled to the curb on trash days (Tuesday and Friday) and brought back no later than the evening of the same day.
-WE SUGGEST THAT ALL MEMBERS OF A GROUP RENTING & STAYING IN THE HOME READ THIS RESERVATION INFORMATION & AGREEMENT.
