This is a privately owned and managed property so you get quality personal attention and our house is maintained to ensure guest enjoyment!

Walk into the private gates of our beautifully landscaped house and you will feel as if you are staying in your own compound. This is no doubt the most unique set up in all of Crystal Beach. The 75ft x 150ft oversized lot allows plenty of parking. The courtyard/pool area is totally enclosed creating a sense of privacy while actually being in the center of everything.

This property has had plenty of upgrades and refinements since purchased in 2020! From technology to new luxury furniture and decor, you will not be disappointed. Our guests are in awe the second they walk into the homes featuring 11 different cheerful room colors.

POOL:The pool is 5 ½ ft deep (3ft at shallow end) and has been converted to a salt water. Not to confuse this with water in the gulf. It simply takes salt and converts it to chlorine making it feel silky and smooth. Approx. size is 12’x20’

Enjoy the gulf breeze in a 6 seater Street Legal Golf Cart. No hassle with going to pick it up. It’ll be here waiting on you when you arrive. Included complementary with your stay. Min 3-night rental off season and 7-night minimum June/July.

MAIN HOUSE The main house is a 1527 sq ft open floor plan with 2 bedrooms/2 baths. It is a one story home which features a 23’ x 21’ great room having an 18ft cathedral ceiling and is the ultimate spot for entertaining with a long unique dining table and new entertainment equipment (70” OLED smart TV, Sonos surround sound system, highest speed Internet). Windows surround this home allowing a view into the courtyard area from the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. The Master Bath features a garden tub and a full size glass enclosed stand up shower. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features all stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and smooth-top range. The kitchen also has an insta-pot/air fryer and Margaritaville ice shaver/blender for your enjoyment. This house sleeps 5 in beds (including 1 rollaway twin). There is a queen air mattress in the guest closet to sleep 2 more where needed if desired.

GUEST HOUSE
The guest house is a 2 story 1000 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms/1.5 bath. It also has an 18ft cathedral ceiling giving the home a larger feel. The living room has a TV with cable, AppleTV, & DVD player. The downstairs bedroom features a king bed and upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed. This unique property having a Guest House verses Guest Quarters, has a fully equipped kitchen making it a perfect choice for 2 families. This house sleeps 5 in beds (including 1 rollaway twin bed).

LOFT
The loft above the garage is a haven for the kids to hang out in. It has a ½ bath and a TV/DVD player. There is a Queen sleeper sofa along with a twin daybed with trundle to comfortably sleep 4 total.

Every bedroom/sleeping space has either a smartTV or TV with cable box.

Walk 1 long block south and enjoy our world-class beach. Destin Commons Mall is just to the north 1/4 mile and boasts something for everyone from shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants. All accessible by our golf cart!

We are a family rental and do not rent to vacationing students. The minimum age requirement is 25.

Dogs allowed with fee of $175 for one dog and $50 for each additional dog. An additional $50 cleaning fee also applies. (There are weight LIMITS and restrictions so please inquire in advance of booking)

Pool can be heated at $50/night and $250/week. Please inquire about this before making your reservation so that we can send a complete quote.

CHECK IN IS AT 4PM. Checkout is at 10AM. Due to usually having a check in on the same days as checkout, requests for early check in or late checkout are rarely approved. You can inquire the week of your arrival as there may be a gap in rental stays. Additionally, our property is large and requires the full vacancy time for our cleaning crew to properly prepare the property for our guests.

Our stay was perfect. There was plenty of room for our group of 8. Everyone hung out in the main house and around the pool. The beach was in walking distance but the golf cart made it easy to go back and forth with all of our ‘stuff’. Stores and restaurants were very close and some, we just hopped on the golf cart. It was a great week and this will be our go to place when we head back to Destin.

We had a wonderful family vacation at GiGi’s to celebrate Grandma’s 90th birthday. The houses were perfect for 8 adults and 2 teens with everything we needed and more! Privacy if wanted and lots of space to be together for meals, visiting, and pool time. Lots to do on and around the property with comfy beds, stocked kitchen, close to grocery, beach, and restaurants.Wonderful home and easy communication. Everyone agreed it was pretty much perfect!

Gigi’s Sunshine

Great place to stay for multiple families and friends that have never vacationed together. Spent most of our time in the main house kitchen and living room to accommodate us all. Loved how the owner was quick to answer questions, etc. I rated it a 5 overall, but the place needs a deep clean to get the grunge off the doors and outside furniture and some of the floors. Maybe some paint in between customers. My suggestion includes: labeling the garbage cans, place above garage needs a mini split instead of wall unit to get rid of the musty smell, and clean out the master bathroom shower head to increase water pressure.

“Let’s retire here so we don’t have to go back to work.”

Fun day of deep sea fishing. They caught 36 fish!!

Highly Recommend Staying Here!

The property owner was easily accessible and very responsive. She accommodated our needs to make sure our stay was the best! We had a late flight but she worked with us to keep our luggage there until we had to leave. By far one of the best family vacations we have had. There was more space than we expected with plenty of beds for kids, toddlers, and adults. Roll out beds were great for the kids that wanted their own space. Great location! Only minutes from the beach, mall, and restaurants. Property was very clean and had everything we needed not only for cooking but for the beach. We highly recommend this vacation rental. Can’t wait for our next trip here! Golf cart and pool was a plus! The kids loved it

Amazing and fun stay!

I picked this VRBO listing because it was nearby the venue where my now husband and I got married. We had plenty of space to prepare for the ceremony, have a mini bachelorette and bachelors party, and we even brought our puppy with us which made it all the more special. Carlina was awesome with helping me and my family set everything up for this special occasion, and I couldn’t be more thankful! We all really loved our stay, the houses are so fun and we loved the colorfulness of it! We were able to walk one block down the street and be at the beach, which was truly beautiful. Overall, we all had a really fun stay, and we especially loved the loft area, as that became everyone’s favorite hang out spot. Thank you Carlina for everything!

Amazing Stay

One of the things that sticks out the most with this property is that we had rough weather for part of our trip but the layout and amenities made it our savior for enjoying the trip no matter what! With multiple units we had space to gather but also separate. There was an amazing sliding door in the main house that opened a whole wall for perfect indoor/outdoor living. The golf cart was AMAZING but also we realized this place is so close to the beach we could easily walk as well! The rooms were clean, great kitchens, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, entertainment in the garage, more than enough beach gear, the list goes on and on. Most impressive was the owner communication! I don’t think I had more than a few minutes wait for any of my questions. Incredible response time and we definitely felt the love from the owner. Could not recommend this place more and next time we hit Destin this is where we are staying without a doubt. Thank you for the amazing stay!

I finally was able to finally find a place to fit my family on our 1st vacation with all 4 of my grandbabies. There was plenty of space an it was wonderful that everyone was able tho have their own personal space with have the guest house and loft along with the main house. I highly recommend this property!! Our family had an amazing week at Gigi’s! The house is great with lots of room to hang out in the main house. The pool was fun and just a great bonus in the morning and after the beach. The golf cart made it easy to get back and forth to the beach. The house is conveniently located to everything but also in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was well stocked. Car did a wonderful job communicating both before and during our trip! You won’t be disappointed…it checks all the boxes

This property is absolutely beautiful. So much room and spacious. We had access to everything we could possibly need in this home. The kitchen is very modern and up to date with Smart Appliances and to check in was Smart Lock as well. We were given a code and no worries about a key. The pool was amazing to have and private. We used the gas grill that’s provided as well. Location was great, close to everything. We loved our stay here and plan to definitely come back again.

Perfect for a Big Family Getaway!

We just returned from a fantastic stay at Gigi’s place with a group of 14 ranging in age from 3 to 79, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The setup—with a main house, guest house, and loft—was perfect. It gave everyone enough space to spread out but also made it easy to gather as a group when we wanted to be together.The pool and outdoor area were a highlight! The covered porches offered plenty of shade for those who just wanted to relax and watch the kids swim, and the ceiling fans above were a thoughtful touch that made a big difference in the Florida heat.The golf cart was a huge bonus and made trips to the beach quick and easy—especially helpful with little ones and grandparents in tow.The main house was well-stocked with everything we needed for meals. We like to balance cooking in with eating out, and the kitchen had almost everything we needed—except a pizza cutter (which we happily added to the drawer for future guests!).Communication was also top-notch—Car was quick to respond any time I had a question, which made everything even smoother.When we plan our next trip to Destin, Gigi’s will be our first choice. Highly recommend for large families!

We had family from 8 to 82 years old that stayed a week! Super convenient location, pool, golf cart and covered porches were the children's favorite! The kitchens were well stocked, the host thought of and provided everything you might need or forgotten and the layout of the main house easily accommodated our entire group for movie nights after long days of fun! Would definitely stay here again.

A Piece of Paradise

Our family of seven absolutely loved this vacation rental. GiGi's Sunshine offered plenty of space for everyone. The main house is a two bedroom/two bathroom with a huge gathering room that overlooks the pool area. The second house was a two bedroom/ one and a half bath with a kitchen. The third is a loft over the garage. The golf cart and bikes were definitely an added bonus. The only thing I feel is important to mention is the liner in the pool is ripped. Not a deal breaker by any means but a bit of a suprise. The host said it is scheduled to be replaced soon.

70 Birthday Weekend

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO for my grandmother's 70th birthday celebration. The home was perfect for our family, which offered plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. The location was ideal with easy access to the beautiful Destin beach, shopping, and restaurants.The pool was a favorite spot for everyone, providing a great place to unwind. We also loved cooking meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, which made family dinners feel extra special. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion, and we’re grateful for the wonderful memories made there. I cannot say enough about our stay at Gigi’s paradise. The golf card provided kept us less than one minute from the beach. The property was very beautiful and comfortable and decorated as the perfect beach home. The owner returned an answer to a question for me within 30 minutes. I cannot praise this property / owner enough. Our vacation was perfect. Nestled in a beachy subdivision this place was amazing. We had privacy, a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach with a golf cart and bikes. Bright Cheerful Large Rooms, lovely pool, close to everything with all the amenities you could possibly need. We found more when we were packing up to leave that we never noticed. We are already planning our next vacation and unanimously we will be booking this property. Char was amazing and very responsive. I cannot give this experience enough praise

Our family purchased this home in 2020 as the Pandemic sent us looking for a drivable destination to spend family time from our home in Parker (DFW area), TX. This unique property has the perfect layout for our large family to spread out and yet be together!

We absolutely love the Emerald Coast and the location of this home. We checked all the boxes for our dream beach home with this one. From the private heatable pool to the close prximity to the beach, stores, and restaurants, Gigi's Sunshine met our every expectation. We hope you enjoy the home and area with your friends and/or family as much as we do.
