This unit used to be a restaurant, map store, lawyers office, and many other items. Now it is a large 1,100 sq ft 1 bedroom loft that has a modern yet comfortable feel. It is on the ground floor with large high ceilings for extra light and maximum privacy. If you want room to spread out this is the unit for you as it has a large open floor plan and a great large island for work, cooking/eating, or entertaining. It is located in a beautiful red brick building within walking distance to all of Billings' downtown life.

Long Weekend Couple Getaway

Great location in close proximity and walkable to a lot of wonderful spots. We were in town visiting family but had time to complete the “brew trail” by foot, eat at some great restaurants, and tour some local museums. The loft was clean, and comfortable. Pillows could use a refresh (small and flat) and the bed was squeeky at the slightest toss and turn. Basic necessities/amenities were available. Great communication by owners.

Convenient and comfy

This was a great space to stay and do some work for the week. Close to great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Nice communication with the hosts and all was as expected and presented in the listing. You can’t go wrong with this place - especially if you like a good homemade cinnamon roll now and then (check out Stella’s Kitchen and Bakery next door!)

Clean, modern spot

After a long day of driving, this was perfect. Easy to get to and so comfortable. The loft is modern and has an amazing open floor plan. Loved the restroom design. Owner was easy to work with and communicative.

Great location!

My husband and I stayed here while celebrating our honeymoon. The property was very clean! Host had great communication. Property is within walking distance to restaurants, breweries, bars, etc. We will stay here again if we are back in the area!

One night stay in Billings

The place is very nice and spacious. Everything was very clean and the hosts provide all the key items needed for your stay. The door lock is a little tricky - you need to lift up the handle once the combination is entered. I only stayed one night so I did not get a chance to really check out the surrounding neighborhood.

Spacious downtown apartment

Wonderful apartment. Great location, walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. I was in town for medical appts. Would stay there again.

A Cute Loft

We enjoyed staying at this cute loft. We appreciated the ease of the check-in and the check-out. It was a convenient location. I do think that the cleaners could double-check some details, but we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent downtown location!

If you're looking for a safe location in downtown Billings and want to skip the hotels, check this place out! Walkable to everything, this clean & modern accomodation will suit your needs. Checking in and out was easy. The owners / managers are incredibly friendly & thorough. Private off street parking was a plus. We had zero trouble finding the parking spot or had any issues with downtown questionable characters wandering about. I would definitely book again!

Perfect spot for temp hospital work

This is a great location if you are spending a week or two working at the hospitals. Easy parking in front of the building at night, and behind the building if you don't want to pay during the day. Great water temp and pressure. Surprisingly quiet. Loved the place

Great central location

The lift was excellent. Great location. Perfect for 2 wanting a place to relax. Well stocked kitchen- we cooked there most days. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops and breweries.

Wide open spaces!

Loved this wide open apartment. My husband is in a wheelchair and this apartment was perfect. Seamless entry on a bottom floor. Beautiful esthetic!

Loft Apartment

The property was very spacious and clean! Definitely would stay here again. The neighborhood is a bit noisy and you do have people above you. But overall a good central location. The proper manager was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay.
