Everything was perfect. Very clean and well equipped. Host was quickly responsive when we had a question. Great view from the balcony. We saw pods of dolphins.Not only was the condo clean and well maintained but the building was also.

Very clean, decorated really nice, comfy beds, right on the beach. Loved the balcony, Great views of the beach, sunrise and the moon! The hist was very easy to work with!Definitely would recommend this place! Hope to stay again!

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved the nautical decor!! Very clean. The views were absolutely beautiful… whether it was the sunrise or sunset!! Central location, easy to get to dining and shopping. Nice parking garage and a poolside lounge/bar. Host was awesome - very informative and responsive!! 10/10 Will definitely book again.

I'm disappointed you felt the need to rate us poorly for the tv issue when there are so many wonderful things about our condo and location to enjoy while on vacation. Our welcome guide explains how to use the cable with the tvs, and I even got the first available appointment from Spectrum when you first reported a problem. As far as the size of the bedrooms, they are exactly as shown in photos, with no changes or special fish eye lenses. I can only assume you looked at the photos before booking. I'm sorry we weren't a good fit for you.

The rental was very clean with a great view of the ocean. Our hostess was awesome and very helpful. Any questions were answered right away and any thing we needed was taken care of to the best of her ability. The only thing we had to do was get groceries. It was very relaxing and I would go again in a heartbeat

We loved our stay at Water’s Edge. The condo was clean and welcoming, with a spectacular view of the sunrise. The pier is a nice stroll away. We appreciated how attentive our host was—thank you for a relaxing a fun few days!

The condo and the amenities at the Water’s Edge Resort were wonderful. My wife and I have stayed four previous times in condos in Garden City and this condo is at the top of our list.

Thankfully, the construction was completed and amenities opened up on July 1st for our lower level, including the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, our oceanfront deck, and beach access. It's unfortunate that it didn't open on the previous date as expected, to be open during your stay. It's frustrating for guests, but also for owners when those things are out of our control, we keep in touch with our guests with updates, reduce our prices, and it then results in less than 5 stars in a review. I appreciate you booking and expect that the generous refund and neighborhood resort pool option helped during your stay. I hope you can come back in the future and enjoy all of the deck-level amenities that our resort has to offer, and thank you for letting others know what they can expect in cleanliness and a well stocked condo. I want all of our guests to have a great time and become repeat visitors with 5 star vacations and memories in both of our condos.

Wedding trip

We were attending a nearby wedding. We stayed few days extra with friends and had a great time. Room with view was incredible never been closer to the beach. Had dinner at Pirates table great atmosphere and food was the best. Would love to stay here again if in area.

Summer vacation
