Residence is centrally located and only minutes away from the trendiest restaurants and shops, stunning beaches and all of the amazing nightlife Miami has to offer!

How about the beaches in Miami Beach? Or do you want to find a hidden gem amongst Coral Gables. Well THIS property is calling you.
• House is 3 bedrooms 2 baths and sleep 8 maximum. (If you rent both units you will have access to 6 bedrooms 4 baths, it sleeps 16 maximum).
• Newly renovated, all new appliances throughout, bright/has lots of natural lights
• Keyless entry with Ring doorbell security
• High speed Wi-Fi. Remote workstation included in multiple bedrooms
• Modern furniture and beautifully furnished throughout
• Smart TVs that you can access your Youtube, Hulu or Netflix and Prime video
• Living room also has a sleeper sofa
