The house (1,245 ft²) has been recently renovated (2022) and tastefully designed by a French designer with attention to its artistic details.

The house is situated in a CENTRAL neighborhood 1 mile to downtown Coconut Grove, 1.5 miles to Coral Gables, 2 miles to Calle Ocho, 3.5 miles to the nearest beach, 4 miles to Brickell, 5 miles to Miami International Airport, 9 miles to Key Biscayne, and 11 miles to South Beach! Whether you want to rent a car and explore Miami or get around by Uber this location makes it convenient for you to get to whatever you want to do while in South Florida.

The accommodation is equipped with the following: balconies in every room, washing machine, dryer, FREE parking up to 2 vehicles as well as ample free street parking, air conditioning (hot/cold), internet (WiFi), 2 TVs , surveillance camera, alarm, iron, hair dryer and more.
In the induction open kitchen there is a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchenware (pots/pans for induction stove),plates and bowls are provided.

Great spot for the family in Coral Gables/Miami

We had a great stay, the property was very clean and nicely furnished. You have room for all your guests. The property is close to family so we will definitely be booking our stays here for the next trips

The lovely townhouse in the corner

The townhome was immaculate, bright and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary kitchen essentials, it clean and bright. Beds and bedding are very comfortable and soft. The bathrooms are very clean and had no mold. Enough towels were provided. The A/C unit provided very comfortable temperatures. We will return again.

• House is 3 bedrooms 2 baths and sleep 8 maximum. (If you rent both units you will have access to 6 bedrooms 4 baths, it sleeps 16 maximum).
• Newly renovated, all new appliances throughout, bright/has lots of natural lights
• Keyless entry with Ring doorbell security
• High speed Wi-Fi. Remote workstation included in multiple bedrooms
• Modern furniture and beautifully furnished throughout
