Welcome to Coral Cove Chalet. Beautiful new dock and lakeside patio. Close to amenities but a very peaceful and quiet area of Treasure Lake. Perfect week long family vacations, golf groups, etc. Hosts are 5 star rated hosts with years of experience catering to the needs of our guests.

Notice: Treasure Lake will be lowered by 10' beginning in September 2024. Lake Dredging is expected to start in October 2024 and be complete by April 2025. The lake will then be raised back to normal levels as quickly as the typical rainy spring allows. Since it's entirely dependent on the weather, we can't guarantee the timing to get back to normal. Therefore, during this time, we will allow either of the following options for summer booking (Memorial Day to Labor Day):

- Cancellations are available up to 2 week before your stay if the lake is not usable
OR
- Receive a 20% discount if the lake is not usuable

Spring rates have been discounted due to the lake being unusable.

6 Pool/Beach passes are provided for access to the Lakeview Lodge Pool which is open to guests Monday - Thursday from Memorial day to Labor day. Lakeview Lodge is a 5 minute walk from the house. A guest pass is not required for children under 2. The Lakeview Lodge pool is reserved for property owners Fri-Sun and on holidays.
The Pool/Beach passes may be used every day at the Treasure Lake main beach (New Providence Beach). Guests may also wish to visit the large Dubois city pool or nearby Parker Dam State Park. See their websites for details. Treasure Lake is currently being dredged to create 5 feet depth for all water front properties. It has been reported that work will be complete soon and lake will be filled up by summer. The lake is not accessible through April 2025, as the lake fills up it will become accessible by summer time. Spring rates have been discounted due to the dredging.

This Chic Boho themed home has been totally updated in Spring of 2023. All new designer furnishings. New outdoor furniture and vintage game room.

Enjoy the convenience of being right on the lake. Wake up to the spectacular view of the lake and enjoy your coffee on the deck. Spend your days fishing, swimming and kayaking. Enjoy a day of golf or walking/biking on the quiet streets that surround the home. Walk to the pool and tennis courts (see pool restrictions below).The lawn is perfect for an afternoon playing games (various games provided). Nights can be spent with dinners cooked on the supplied gas/charcoal BBQ and around a cozy lakeside fire. S'mores kits included!!!

Pet Policy: We accept non shedding dogs under 50 lbs (up to 2). Any other type dog must be pre approved before booking.

All dog owners must agree to our dog rules:
- Dogs musts be have flea and tick protection the week prior to trip
-Owners must clean up yard and not leave any excessive dog hair in the home
-Dogs must be on lease at all times when outside . . .no loose dogs in the yard
-Use your own dog blanket on any furniture the dog will use
-An additional cleaning fee up to $200 if excessive hair is left in the house, yard not cleaned up

Walk out to lovely patio and lawn. Several outdoor games provided

Bath towels provided (bring your own beach towels)

Soap dispensers at each sink
Shampoo, Shower Gel and Conditioner provided in each shower
Starter pack of Paper products (toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom), napkins, 1 roll of paper towels), Dishwasher tabs (full box), Trash Bags (large box) (if you run out, you would need to supply)
Renters bring your own wood for fire pit

Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am (this is a quiet residential community)

4 KAYAKS provided with the home, life vests and paddles. No outside boats allowed into the development. All guests must wear a life vest when out on the lakes. Renters assume all responsibility using boats and will not hold owner liable. Swim off private deck, in quiet safe cove. Please note that Treasure Lake POA has limited access to the community pool/beaches. Only owners can use the pool on weekends and holidays. We will have a 6 pool/beach cards that can be used Mon-Thursday (non holidays) for renters. (These rules apply to all Treasure Lake Vacation homes)

In addition to the amazing property, Treasure Lake has lots to offer, including two of the nicest golf courses in Pennsylvania.

Walking distance to pool, tennis courts, and the sandy beach and marina at Treasure Lake. Other scenic attractions close to Treasure Lake includes Elk Viewing in Benezette and Bilgers Rocks in Grampian, PA. Only 2 hours from Pittsburgh and 70 minutes from Penn State, this gem of a chalet makes a wonderful getaway.
