The Blanc Lake House is a premier waterfront property, impeccably remodeled and professionally designed to elevate your vacation experience. Featured in 360 West Magazine as a designer vacation home, this property combines the finest lake location with the best features of country life: stunning sunsets and a quiet, peaceful setting. The home sits at the point where Long Creek meets Lake Granbury and the Brazos River. It is private with abundant wildlife and some of the best fishing and kayaking this area has to offer. The generous single level living quarters are well suited for hosting groups, meetings and multi-generational stays. Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas give space for guests of all ages to spread out and enjoy. Early mornings and evenings are the best times to spot deer walking through the brush as well as many species of birds wading in the water. The backyard is a bird watchers paradise! The private boat ramp can accommodate small fishing vessels as well as flat bottom boats. But you do not have to have a boat to enjoy lake access here! Exploring the waterscape in one of our top notch kayaks will bring hours of enjoyment.
Amenities abound in this spacious property. From a full outdoor kitchen (including a traditional gas grill / Blackstone grill and pizza oven) to a large cowboy grill/pit, ping pong table, kayaks, golf putting green , fire pits and a hot tub - this property will provide the over the top experience you are looking for! The location is perfect, just a 10 minute drive to the historic square, grocery stores, drug stores and shopping. Yet, when you are here, you feel secluded and far from the hustle of city life.
The entire home and outdoor area is covered by a mesh WiFi system with the highest speeds available. There is also a Sonos sound system available indoors and outdoors.
This property is just an hour from DFW airport and 45 minutes from Fort Worth or 15 minutes from Weatherford.
Texas is famous for southern hospitality which is why we make every effort to provide you with everything you need and more during your stay.
This comfortable home is stocked for 18 guests but can host up to 22 guests on property ($25 per additional guest) and is perfect for family gatherings, girls weekends, corporate team building, wellness retreats and reunions.

Need more space? Please inquire about booking our properties next door - The Noir sleeps up to 12 guests and the converted school bus, the Riviere Skoolie, sleeps 4. If all 3 properties are rented, we can accommodate up to 34 guests, total.
Notes from the owners:
1. 10pm noise ordinance - please help us be good neighbors by turning music off by 10pm and by keeping voices and noises low t not disturb surrounding properties.
2. This home is drug-free and smoke-free indoors and outdoors including vapes and e-cigarettes.
3. Please park in driveway not on street
4. Remove any trash during or after your stay into the dumpster located in front of the black barndominium property by the street at 1912 Long Creek Ct. There are trash cans on wheels located on the back patio to make it more convenient.
5. Water shoes are recommended for swimming and lake activities
6. If we have wood on the property, you are welcome to use it but it is not guaranteed to be available
7. This is a pet free property
8. After a guest books any of our 7 properties, they will receive a link to enter your credit card for a security hold. THIS IS NOT A CHARGE but will initiate 2 days prior to your stay and might show up as pending on your card at that time and will fall off after checkout.
We are what’s called an “integrated property” with all booking platforms. You are welcome to contact the platform you are booking through and verify this information
In addition, there is a link to sign al ease agreement- which is a measure of protection for all parties.

My name is Jenna and I host this property along with my husband, Ty. We have lived in Fort Worth / Granbury for almost 30 years. We LOVE this area! It has grown exponentially over the past few years and there are so many little "pockets" to explore. We put some of our favorites in the description but there is also a digital guidebook available when you check in that is FULL of amazing experiences all over the city!
I am an entrepreneur and in addition to designing and booking our properties, I also own a local retail store (Winton and Waits) located in a revitalized area of FW just south of downtown. Our luxury bath products are made locally as well as our clothing/jewelry/accessory lines - all carried in retailers all over the US including Crate & Barrel, Francesca's and Free People. We have left some products for you to enjoy during your stay. You can also shop our goods locally in Granbury on the square at a shop called St Helens. Tell Angie we sent you!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We fell in love with this spot on the lake! It is the location where Lake Granbury meets the Brazos River and Long Creek. It is remote but still accessible to town. Nothing will ever be built across the street from the house because the land is owned by a grass farm....country life at its best! The sunsets from the back porch are unreal. The sunrises from the front porch are equally breathtaking. You can spot deer and all species of birds. You can hear a family of owls hooting at night when you are out watching the stars. It is just a dreamy place and we immediately feel relaxed every time we pull up the drive. The inside of the home has been featured in magazine publications as a designer vacation home and every effort has been made to ensure you have a 5 star stay!

This property boasts amazing lake views with easy access to the water. A private boat ramp can accommodate small fishing vessels, flat bottom boats, and kayaks (provided). Located just 10 minutes from the Historic Granbury Square where restaurants, wineries, shopping and entertainment abound. You could spend multiple days relaxing and exploring at this unique property!
