Retraite plage 1CH + balcon + 3 piscines & terrain de pickleball | Magnolia House 307

We’re so glad you love Magnolia House and the million-dollar view that comes with it! We can’t wait to welcome you back after construction is complete so you can experience the new and improved Magnolia House!

Thank you so much for sharing this! We’re really glad our condo was a comfortable home base for your Thanksgiving stay. That view is such a gem year-round, but there’s something extra special about it during the holidays. It makes us so happy to hear the condo was spotless, exactly like the photos, and that the welcome packet and handwritten note were helpful before you had a chance to grocery shop. We love adding those little touches, so it means a lot that you noticed. We’d absolutely love to welcome you back again — and thank you for recommending us to your friends and family. It truly means the world!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us! Come back and visit anytime!

Thank you for your great review Elisha! We are glad that all in all you enjoyed your stay with us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful location, peaceful setting, beach access, and amenities available at the property. We appreciate you sharing the details of your experience, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. We’re sorry to hear there were cleanliness concerns upon arrival and will be following up with our cleaning team to review those items. We’ll also look into your concerns regarding the air conditioning, as we are not aware of any programmed schedule that would cause it to shut off while guests are away. The location of the condo is fixed within the building, but we understand that being near the elevator can be a consideration for some guests. Regarding the community amenities, including the pools and elevators, those are managed by the HOA. We understand how much these features add to a vacation experience and appreciate your understanding when temporary issues arise. The infinity pool closure during your stay was a temporary measure to replace a broken tile and ensure the area remained safe for guests. We’re also happy to share that the elevator concerns have been addressed. Guests do have access to the East Pass beach area as well; when using that access, guests will want to stay to the left side of the jetty. Thank you again for your honest feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and hope to have the chance to welcome you back for an even better visit in the future.

Thank you for your review and feedback Gabe! We are glad that overall your enjoyed your stay. We appreciate you letting us know about the mattress protector and may look into a different brand. We will also look at the bedroom curtains to see if there is something we can do to improve the light that comes in from the hallway. The new pool is going to be absolutely stunning and hope you can come back to join us once it is open.

Thank you for your feedback! Guest satisfaction is our top priority, and we truly appreciate yours. We're glad to hear you enjoyed Magnolia House 307, found the beds comfortable, and felt the kitchen was well-appointed. We appreciate you recognizing that, unlike a hotel, we provide only the basic essentials to get your stay started, with items like coffee filters, coffee grounds, K-cups, and other groceries being the guest’s responsibility to bring. We always recommend that guests review the included activities in advance, as Destin is a popular tourist destination where booking early is often necessary. Additionally, as a seasonal beach town, some activities may have limited availability at certain times of the year. As a family-friendly, private gated community with three pools, we hope you were able to enjoy some relaxation at one of the other pools if the one nearest to your unit was a bit too lively. We also appreciate your kind words about Johnny. He truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome! We hope to host you again in the future.
