The room includes natural materials, metals accents and a luxurious king size canopy bed highlighted by a cozy, farmhouse accent wall. Suite also includes a private bathroom with double vanity and tiled walk-in shower, as well as, an enormous walk-in closet for extra storage.

Welcome to rose village, a quiet residential neighborhood conveniently located near the intersection of the I-5 and SR-500 freeways just north of Downtown Vancouver, the Vancouver Waterfront and Portland Oregon.
NEIGHBORHOOD PARK:
Youâre just 1 block away from the beautiful, newly-developed neighborhood park which includes 1/2 basketball court, space-themed play structure, grass areas, a covered table and sitting benches. We got you covered with a basketball and soccer ball too :)
BEDROOMS:
The home offers 3 spacious bedrooms with high quality mattresses/bedding. Each room is exquisitely designed, blending modern and farmhouse styles with splashes of Pacific Northwest inspiration.
BATHROOMS:
2 full bathrooms including a private master en suite. Both include tiled showers and are beautifully designed with white quartz countertops, black accents and warm-toned vanities. Soap, shampoo and conditioner included. I also provide 2 hair dryers, make-up remover and other small, toiletry conveniences.
GUEST ACCESS:
Exclusive access to the entire, single level property including the private, fenced-in backyard, oversized 2 car garage and driveway. There is a separate dwelling unit at the back of the property (on top of the two car garage) that is occasionally occupied. Both homes are completely separate with separated living spaces, entrances, etc. you will not share any spaces with the other dwelling. There are also no shared/common walls.
