Close to Downtown, bring the pup, and relax in a sparkling new space that feels like home. Our modern 3-bed, 2.5-bath house is perfectly set up for families and business travelers who want comfort and convenience.

Each bedroom is spacious with large closets and great beds! The open-concept living area flows to a private patioâperfect for morning coffee.
Weâre under 10 minutes from Downtown venues, restaurants, and Costco. Major highways (I-5/I-205) are also close, making day-trips a breeze.
Extras included: baby gate, games, shampoos, and local guidebook.

3.5 miles to the "new" Vancouver Waterfront with winery tasting rooms, restaurants and parks. Portland is minutes away, and the beauty of the northwest is all around! The Columbia River Gorge, state and national parks, the Pacific ocean, lakes and waterfalls, are all with a few hours drive (or less) and waiting for you to explore! Wineries, fine dining, casino, fun dive bars, antique stores, golf, summer concerts in the park, mountain hikes, kayaking, waterfalls are all close (and I'll provide you a great locals list of recommendations!).
3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath, recently decorated and outfitted with comfortable mattresses, down pillows and comforters (duvet cover washed between guests), and soft towels. Main bedroom is on the first floor and has a kingsize bed with en-suite bathroom. Two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds. Two office "areas" for working from home, one in the living room, and one in the upstairs bedroom. You'll be in awe of the extensive book and game collections! Master bath with double sink and shower plus soaking tub, upstairs tub/shower combo in the jack and jill bath. Well out-fitted kitchen and dining room with table that seats 6. Washer and dryer. High speed internet and large flat screen TV with Netflix access (no cable) and sound bar.
Private fenced backyard (not accessible from inside the home - you enter through a gate in the side yard) and balcony off of the living room with a gorgeous sunset view and large trees. Small green egg grill on the balcony. Walking distance to Leverich Park with disc golf course, the Burnt Bridge Creek Trail, and the Ross Dog Park.

Pet fee of $100 (per dog, for up to 2 pre-approved dogs). Some breeds may be restricted due to insurance.
Notes: We can't guarantee internet/cable TV service since that is not within our control. House entrance has a ring camera that records outside audio and video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please watch your dog in the yard - we can't guarantee that there will not be a place for them to slide under the fence. Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 5 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Maximum of 5 adults and 6 guests total, $5 per night extra guest fee for more than 4 guests (per guest). This is a wonderful quiet residential neighborhood with neighbors we know and love, please respect the house and the neighbors! $400 security deposit required.
***This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($45) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $3000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($3,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Early Check-in, if available: 1 hour $20, 2 hours $35, 3 hours $45, 4 hours $60. Less than 1 hour there is no charge, if available.
Late Check-out, if available: Noon check-out, $50.

I live just a few miles away, and it's a wonderful part of town - close to downtown Vancouver, Portland, I-5 and I-205.
