Easy access to all things Kansas City. less than 20 minutes to the stadiums, 5 minutes to downtown KCMO. walk to great eats and drinks. We recommend taking a car or uber.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking.



PETS:

We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.

Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.



Be kind to the neighbors.

Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways.



If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am. If you're intending on throwing a party, get-together, shindig, event, reception, or anything that disrupts our community, do not book here. The exterior has cameras for your safety and ours. We also monitor the space with noise sensors that alert us if noise levels are too high. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
