This condo is located in West Panama City Beach, FL - Only 5 Min to Pier Park, 10 Min to Scenic 30A, Less Than a Mile to Winn Dixie, 18 Min to Airport, and Seafood is Directly Across the Street! Convenient to Shopping, Restaurants, Groceries, and Activities!
2 pools (one of which is heated seasonally), large hot tub, grill area, steam room, fitness center, and sauna!
Keyless Entry - Your Code is Only Good For Your Stay & Expires Upon Departure. You Will Receive Your Code 24 Hrs Prior to Arrival.
Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, Bed Sheets, Quilt, Blanket, & Pillows Provided
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed and Full over Full Bunk, Bed Sheets, Quilt, Blanket, & Pillows Provided
Sofa Bed in Living Room: Sheets, Blanket, & Pillows in Trundle under Bunk Bed
Master Bathroom: Shower, Toilet, Vanity, Towels, Wash Clothes, Starter Set of Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Soap, & Make Up Wipe/Cloth.

You Can Walk to Seafood but Having A Car is the Best Way to Get Around. Guests Can Park in the Parking Garage Across the Street and Cross the Pedestrian Bridge. The guest parking garage is 7.5 Ft tall and there is additional parking behind the garage to accamodate trailers and larger vehicles. *We Do Pay For The Armbands and One Vehicle Parking Fee For Our Guests But If You Bring Two Vehicles, The Second Vehicle Will Be A $40 Charge.
Host pays for one parking pass and 6 armbands which will be left on the counter in the condo.
If guest has a 2nd vehicle, guest will pay the office staff $40.00 for an additional parking pass at the office on the 4th floor. Guest must park in the garage across from the building. There is a pedestrian bridge or crosswalk to access the parking garage.
Security enforces use of the armbands as well as no drinks near the pools or hot tub.
Bathing attire: The HOA asks that you wear appropriate suits to keep their family atmosphere. Please let us know if you have questions regarding this.
If you are traveling with children, we kindly ask that they eat only at the bar or dining room table to prevent damage & stains.

We Have Been Coming to Panama City Beach Since We Were Teenagers. We Love The Beaches Here With Soft White Sand and Emerald Waters. Not to Mention All The Things To Do In PCB! There Is Plenty Of Shopping, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, and Activities. We Never Want To Leave!
