Lured By The Sands is a newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the Piney Woods Beach subdivision and just a 4-minute walk to the beach. The entry is a comfortable screened porch on ground level (no steps) The master suite is also on the ground floor- with a king bed and stunning glass shower. There is a large dining table and seats at the island. The well stocked kitchen includes a Keurig, an air fryer and Vitamix Blender.

The living room features a large smart TV and comfortable new couches.

Upstairs there are 2 queen bedrooms, a full bath with a tub/shower combo, a full bath with shower and a bunk room that sleeps 4. There is also an outdoor seating area with views of the Gulf. Please note, this unit is pet-friendly upon owner approval.

A $250 credit toward any amount of Beach Gear is available for this home. When you book Lured by the Sands you can now get Beach Gear delivered directly to the home. All you need to do is select your gear, and we'll have it delivered to you the day of your arrival! This offer applies for 3-14 night reservations only. Place your order 48 hours prior to arrival by 5 pm to avoid late fees.

Trip to meet with our builders

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately I was unable to accompany my husband on this trip due to a heavy snowstorm at our home in Ohio. My husband said there were no issues with the home except for nightly visits from a large black bear. This was our second time renting Lured by the Sands.The previous guests didn't latch the trash can, and my husband had to pick up all their garbage the first morning.There were food scraps, dirty diapers, dog poop and more strewn down the husband was careful to latch it everyday. We will likely rent this home again the next time we meet with our builders.

Lovely weather and nice to have the bike and tote as an extra. House was perfectly laid out for us and extremely quiet. Back enclosed barbecue area and roof deck were also wonderful to have . Enjoyed ourselves thoroughly!!

Amazing home, decorated beautifully and everything you need! Our family of 5 adults and 1 baby had so much room to gather and enjoy each other. Close to the beach and even closer to the pool. Highly recommended 🤩

Perfect for our February escape!

This well laid out home has everything you’ll need for a week, a month or anything in between. Beds are comfy and everything we needed was provided. The porches are perfect for morning coffee, reading in the sun, and just hanging out. We loved searing fresh fish on the Blackstone and playing the many games provided. The beach is a short walk away for sunrise (or sunset) viewing, shelling, spotting dolphins and eagles, and fishing. Also, the daily air show - spectacular! Really, a little slice of paradise.

Lured by the Sands was a wonderful base for our crew of 2 adults and 4 teenagers. There was plenty of space in the house for everyone to have their "spot" - be it the porch upstairs or the screened porch or even hanging out in the living room or in bedrooms. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was so close by. Very quiet neighborhood, perfect beach with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed our first experience on the cape and hope to return again soon!

Spring break week

This house had everything you could need. Very clean and well decorated. A bit far to the beach but easily traveled. Only drawback we had is the road it was on had several blind hills that made us nervous for our kids to be riding bikes. However if you don’t plan to ride bikes this should not be a concern. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and things you don’t normally encounter. We loved the house and rental company took care of any small concern immediately. Thanks for a great week even though the wind was fierce! Lol

The home was as described, very clean, and extremely well-stocked - not just the kitchen, but items for families with littles. There was a portable crib with sheets, a potty-training seat, and high chair in the home. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, and glassware for our full house. We had 5 adults, 4 teenagers, and a toddler. There was room for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool is very close, which was ideal with a toddler. The walk to the beach was easy with a beach cart. Overall, it was a great week! This is the second time we've rented from Coastal Joe, and it won't be the last! Great experiences both times. Highly recommend both Coastal Joe and Lured by the Sands.

The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook dinners (love the Blackstone grill). The bedrooms were a great size and the beds are super comfortable. The only difficulty was not having a closet, or anywhere to store clothes, in the bunk room. The property is a quick walk to the beach on a newly refurbished boardwalk. The property manager was polite and very responsive. We will absolutely go back!

They only thing that would need to be addressed is the water pressure in the showers. Probably just a simple cleaning of build up in the shower heads, but other than that, it was amazing.
