Mise à jour le 4/3/18: le tapis du maître a été retiré et remplacé par un stratifié.

SWEETWATER est une belle, récemment rénové la maison 1er niveau, 3 chambres, véranda, salle à plate-forme, l'accès à proximité d'une grande piscine communautaire chauffée solaire et belle plage de Cape San Blas. La maison est bien équipée avec de nouveaux meubles, appareils électroniques et appareils ménagers. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine haut de gamme et des couteaux - ce qui rend le dîner un jeu d'enfant!

Sweetwater offre une vue magnifique du Golfe, une superbe véranda et 2 terrasses ouvertes. Il est à quelques pas seulement, soit le sable blanc de la plage de Cape San Blas ou la grande piscine communautaire. Les deux sont accessibles via la passerelle pratique. Les règles communautaires ne permettront 8 personnes dans cette maison de plage ..

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cape San Blas! This home was perfect for what we needed. Nice beds, clean rooms and plenty of things to use in the kitchen! We enjoy cooking while we are on vacation and this home had everything needed! Short walk to the beach and pool. Only about 15 minutes to the grocery store at St Joe.

Nice house and convenient location

relaxing spring break!

We enjoyed our first trip to Cape San Blas! The house is beautiful and the close-to-the-beach location combined with the quiet cul-de-sac was perfect.

Loved our stay!

The house was perfect for our family and our dog. We loved the view from the porches, and it is an easy walk to the beach. My husband cooks and was thrilled for how well the kitchen was stocked.

Beautiful house and great location!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking and eating in. The location is great and the house is very close to the Gulf--just a short walk to the beach!

Nice beach getaway

We finished up our vacation in this lovely beach home. 2-4 min walk to the beach along the board walk and a nice ocean view from front deck! This home was spotless on the inside with an extremely comfortable master bed! We throughly enjoyed our few nights in the nice house

Lovely location and great accommodations

Our first ever visit to Cape San Blas! The walk to the beach was beautiful, the house was lovely (upstairs master bedroom is a little warm though, shut the door to keep it cooler), the kids loved having access to the pool! My only issue is that check in time is 4pm, which seems really late, especially since you are being charged the full day. And check out time is 10am. Overall it was a great experience and I can’t wait to come back to Cape San Blas! Also, visit Tortuga Moon for souvenirs, part of the proceeds is donated to turtle conservation!

Great house for small family!

Great house close to beach and pool!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need during your stay. We never felt like we were missing a convenience of home.

Well Maintained Property

We enjoyed our stay at this very well maintained house. We had all we needed and we’re just steps away from the beach or the pool. This house was one of the closest to the beach in this neighborhood. The property managers were very responsive to our needs.

Wonderful location, convenient to beach

This home was incredibly nice. We loved our stay and would like to go back. We were so grateful to be able to bring our fur-babies (2 dachshunds) who loved the beach. The beach was incredible - very peaceful, not too crowded. Kitchen was great. Master suite upstairs was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Excellent Choice

Beautiful home. Great location. Excellent beach. Communication and support from host was great. Definitely a place we will add to our return list. Close enough to Port St Joe to enjoy access to stores and restaurants. But located on a quite cul-de-sac with a short board walk to the beach. Great BBQ restaurant within walking distance and kayak rental across the street for the more adventurous explorers.

Great House - Perfect location!

The location and house were perfect! The only drawback was the pet hair all over the floors. There was even dry dogfood scattered around the kitchen and living room. Next time getting a 'no pets' rental.

Great spot on the Cape

The house had everything we needed. We were very surprised how close we were to the beach. The house was equipped with a beach cart & chairs which has helpful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking, even had some spices available. Be sure to bring garbage bags with you. The only negative was the overgrown lawn and the upstairs bedroom is hard to cool.

Beautiful property, amazing location, accommodations are perfect

We always loved the location of Cap San Blas, because we do not like the major tourist spots. We want to relax and and not have to fight with the overcrowded beaches. We love this location for those reasons! This home was perfect! It had everything! The layout was perfect! Steps from the beach, just a few moments from the bay, fresh seafood like Skullys, Coneheads, and all the cutest lil towns that we love. This is what keeps bringing us back to this location! Bring sunscreen and lots of it, and bug spray to enjoy the outside balconies. The pool is heated and enjoyable and never crowded. Book this property, you will not regret it!!

Best Stocked Kitchen and Close to Beach

We were very comfortable in this beautiful home. We had a very small dog and the owner provided a large dog bed, bowls, even towels for drying our Bloomer from his outside shower. The kitchen is very well stocked with every sort of pan, pot, containers, serving dishes, even appliances. Ad doesn't mention it, but in addition to a coffee pot, there is a Keurig. Also, there is a substantial beach wagon and a large assortment of boogie boards. My daughter said the roll away bed was the most comfortable she had ever slept in and a good size. The pool was a good size, and well maintained. It got a lot of use since there were red flags all week. We look forward to visiting again.

Overall

We were disapponted that the unit was not cleaned appropriately. The upstairs bedroom is not cooled satisfactorily as the house has a one unit system. The upstairs has skylights and the access to the attic are through the closet space. This creates high heat as it is upstairs. We have recommended to the property management company that the owner seriously think about adding a singular Air Con System (like an LG system) just for the upstairs. If this is installed, we would think seriously think of returning in 2022. Jerry Lloyd

The beds are horrible....way too soft! The solar heated pool was not working and the pool guy told us the heated circulation pump was not working so the water was very cold. The chairs / tables and the chaises at the pool were very dirty so we had to clean them before use. Looked to me like the HOA wasn't doing their job. The screened in porch was nasty !!! Fabrics, floor, walls everything out there needs deep cleaning. After siting out there for just a few minutes we all felt like we had flea bites all over us. The worst thing had to be the beds !!!!

The home was nice and well appointed. Neighborhood was nice too. But there were definitely issues.

The house was nice, well appointed. Close to the beach. However there were numerous issues. In the description of the property it said the community had a heated pool. One main reason we chose this home. It was not heated, very upsetting. The bar-b-que grill was disgustingly dirty, totally unusable. We had bought steaks at the store for Christmas dinner, and ending up having to cook them on the stove, not at all what we planned. All the outdoor lights did not function, the patios, front porch, parking area. So not safe coming home at night and having to climb the stairs. Also the drain in the master shower was slow draining, not pleasant. We still had a good time, but the things I mentioned are easy to fix and should be addressed. The home was nice, especially on the inside. But it was clearly the most neglected and unkept home in the immediate neighborhood. We would consider staying there again if the issues are addressed.
