A comfortable sectional in the living area of the great room provides plenty of space to gather the family for board games or a movie night on the 70” TV. The bright kitchen features high-end appliances, an island, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. Whip up a batch of pancakes to eat at the sunny dining table for 8 before heading out for the day! Feel free to pack light—there’s a washer and dryer in the laundry room. A guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom is located at the back of the house. Down the hall from the kitchen is a bunk room with a twin-over-twin and a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a guest room with a queen bed. For additional sleeping accommodations, a queen sleeper sofa is in the living room.

*No boats or trailers allowed on the property per the HOA. Bayou RV and Storage will store boats and trailers for a nominal fee.

*Please do not park to the left of the property in the darker gravel area; this is a drainage and runoff area and not suitable for vehicles. Parking is not allowed per HOA along the roadside. Parking is allowed under the carport and in the white stone drive only. There is room for 6 vehicles parking at this home.

*This home has a whole new water filtration system for cleaner water and ice.
