Relax and enjoy this spacious and elegant La Mesa home! It's recently remodeled with an open kitchen, a modern master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a large master shower, and handpicked artwork and furniture throughout. With spaces to gather and spread out, you'll enjoy two living rooms, a state of the art kitchen, four bedrooms, and comfortable backyard seating areas. When you're done exploring, you'll enjoy relaxing with smart TVs, a PlayStation, central AC / heat, and a propane BBQ.



The Space:

Stairs lead into this one story home in the hills of La Mesa. To the right of the foyer you’ll find the spacious living room and open kitchen, dining area, and French doors leading out to the BBQ. The second living room, designed as a Whiskey room, is straight back, with a sliding door to the back patio where comfortable lounge seating awaits! All TV's are streaming ready! (One in each living room, and one in the master bedroom.)



The state of the art kitchen is any chefs dream, equipped with everything you'll need to make yourselves at home.



To the left of the foyer is the hallway where you'll find all bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, and garage access. The first bedroom is perfect for the kiddos, with three single beds, one being a loft bed. The bedroom across from that has a queen bed with a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a full sized bed, and large dresser. The bedroom at the end of the hall is the newly remodeled master bedroom with a king bed, vaulted ceiling, window seat, French doors to the back patio, a large master shower with multiple shower heads, and extensive walk in closet.



Travel crib and booster seat are available for those traveling with littles.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the home, backyard, and garage.



Getting Around:

Downtown La Mesa Village is a 15 minute walk through the hills, with limited sidewalks. Driving is the best way to get around.



Other Things to Note:

Gardener enters the front and back yards on Tuesdays.

Owner puts out trash cans on Thursday evening, and back in the driveway on Friday evening.
