With sleeping arrangements for up to 20 guests a total of 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, two sets of washers and dryers, and two fireplaces, no expense is spared to ensure guests are provided with the highest quality accommodations the hills have to offer.  Located in Powder House Pass, a planned vacation community, complete with direct trailhead access to endless miles of groomed trails and right across the street from the club house which provides guests with a year-round heated pool, game room, fire tables, and gathering space you couldn't ask for a better set up on your special getaway. The property provides plenty of parking for large trailers along with a heated 3 stall garage equipped with an EV charger for guests traveling on battery power. Guests are met with a grand entrance upon arrival with high cathedral ceiling, an open loft, floor to ceiling windows, and a two-story fireplace creating a welcoming atmosphere.  The kitchen is fully stocked and outfitted with the latest appliances.  Plenty of counter space for large meal prep is easily accessible and guests can utilize the walk-in pantry, pot filler, and double oven making cooking for bigger groups a breeze for any occasion.  Plenty of natural light fills the great room capturing the beauty of the surrounding hills, with direct access to the back porch guests can grill out or simply enjoy the outdoor seating while taking in the fresh mountain air.  The main level of the lodge is equipped with two private king suites each with a walk-in shower and one of the suites gives guests direct access to the back porch. The large mudroom/laundry room is also located on the main floor with a utility sink and clothes hooks to organize all your belongings.  Head upstairs to the loft where you can lounge and watch TV or head on back to the theatre room and enjoy your favorite movie with the whole family.  The theatre is furnished with nine leather powered recliners, surround sound, and a wet bar with its own popcorn machine!  There are also two king bedrooms upstairs that have a set of twin bunk beds within, each room upstairs can sleep 4 guests comfortably for a total of 8 guests on this floor.  There are also two full sized bathrooms on the upstairs level divided by a game and book closet for hours of family-filled fun.  Access to the garage from the theatre room is also available providing guests with multiple access points throughout the lodge.  The remaining three bedrooms can be found downstairs with two more private king bedrooms.  One of which has a full bathroom ensuite and direct access to the back patio.  The other king bedroom shares a full bathroom with the bunkroom which sleeps a total of 4 guests on its twin beds.  More entertainment space is offered to guests with an additional wet bar, mini fridge, and living room.  Access to the seven-person hot tub is found on the back porch with additional outdoor furniture. Guests can expect TVs in every room as well as high speed Wi-Fi, and two fire tables.
