Êtes-vous à la recherche de votre prochaine grande maison pour profiter de vos camarades? Ne cherchez pas plus loin que la Coach House. Cette maison de vacances sur le thème de l'exploitation minière est l'endroit idéal pour se lever après une longue journée à explorer les collines noires ou sur les sentiers locaux de VTT / motoneige / ski. Il y a tellement de choses à proximité, profiter des commodités de cette maison sera le bienvenu. Cette cabine Black Hills de 6 chambres, sur 3 niveaux, construite sur mesure, est à distance de marche de la piscine chauffée du club-house. Situé au sud-ouest de Terry Peak, vous pouvez skier en quelques minutes! Vous pouvez également accéder aux sentiers de VTT / motoneige locaux et au sentier Mickelson juste de l'autre côté de l'autoroute 14 - Vous pouvez conduire votre VTT directement sur les sentiers !!

Les 6 chambres ont 6 lits queen plus 4 lits jumeaux - beaucoup d'espace pour tous vos amis et votre famille qui vous rejoindront lors de vos prochaines vacances. La Coach House au niveau principal a une cuisine / salle à manger / grande salle ouverte avec foyer au gaz. Le Loft comprend une chambre principale avec terrasse privée. Le niveau inférieur de la cabine dispose d'une grande salle familiale avec foyer au gaz, d'un wet-bar, ainsi que d'un patio et d'un bain à remous (à quelques pas de la piscine du Clubhouse). Plancher de bois franc et carrelage personnalisé dans toute la propriété et comprend une télévision à écran plat, la climatisation centrale et une buanderie pour que vous puissiez profiter de toutes les commodités de la maison.

Coach House est accessible sur toutes les routes pavées et dispose d'un grand parking pour vos véhicules et véhicules récréatifs. Vous aurez également accès au club-house avec un décor d'extraction d'or et des accents de bûches qui offrent de nombreux équipements, notamment la piscine chauffée, deux bains à remous, un sauna, une salle d'entraînement, un barbecue à gaz, une salle familiale avec dessus de bar, un air hockey / table de billard, et WIFI. Black Hills Friend Trip

The property was very comfortable, plenty of room, beds & bathrooms for all of us. Enjoyed the hot tub, cooking meals in the kitchen and sitting on the deck!

Amazing house

We had an amazing Sturgis bike week at this residence. Owner had great communication with us. House was just as described and was perfect for our group of 11 adults. Plus the clubhouse was right out our back door.

Amazing

We made so many memories! Many things to do all within an hour of driving! Zip lining, Mount Rushmore, Custer Park, gambling, old west history, horseback riding, and amazing scenery! Then back to the gorgeous house for a relaxing night in the hot tub!

The Deadwood cabs had no problems picking us up and taking us home. These cabins are the only places I stay when in the Deadwood area.

The club house is walking distance from the house and activities, grocery shopping, and gas are only a 10 minute drive away. Other attractions are 30 minutes to 2 hours away depending on what you are looking to do. We had a fantastic vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for smaller groups or groups with kids. Place was nice and clean very easy to book and has very friendly staff. Wished there were more towels as we had rot wash them each day and alternate morning or evening showers as there was not enough towels for 14 people. Wish refrigerator was bigger it was very small for this size of a group for over a week. Dressers would have been a huge plus or at least closets we all had to live out of our suitcases there was no place shelves ect to store our clothes.

Wonderful getaway for our wedding weekend

The Coach House was our answer to finding lodging for 14 people coming from Kansas to have a wedding. The cabin was very easy to get to and very comfortable for everyone in our group. Inside we found a cozy environment for all of us to spend three days together, never once did we feel cramped or too close to each other. Dishes and utensils were provided as expected, but in addition, there were many extra small appliances (crock pot, griddle, etc) that we definately put to use. As people have come and gone, they have left thongs in yhe house such as seasonings and coffee filters (there are enough filters to last a year or so). We would love to stay here again of the opportunity arises. Also, in the drawer next to the fridge, there are a bunch of can coozies that people have left. Bring one ftom your area and throw it in the drawer for fun. Ours says #TK and 9/23/23 (Our wedding day)

Nice location, cleanliness and communication left a lot to be desired

I understand these places are always rented out with very little time in between guest. Either more time needs to be between to get the place cleaned or more people need to be hired to clean it. Renting through VRBO is a breeze and makes it easy. Location for the attractions we were see was perfect. The house itself slept all of us comfortable. Bring extra towels and washclothes if you book this place. The pictures are winter pictures, do not plan on having a yard to do anything in. I was a little disappointed in that but we made due with the club house area to have the kids outside and we were able to go for walks around the neighborhood as there is little traffic going through. We did not have a greeting list when we got there it took a couple hours to get Wifi password and I had to ask for the closing expectations. Text messages with the host were mostly answered but not as timely as I would have liked. We will not be renting a house ran by this management company again.

So much potential! Needs a good cleaning and some maintenance.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently just stayed at one of your properties and wanted to make you aware of some issues we had with the property. It was a beautiful cabin and clubhouse, but majorly lacking in cleanliness. We stayed in The Coach HouseJune 23-25-Floors were not swept or vacuumed (popcorn, toenail clipping, pebbles, dirt)-Sliding glass doors had handprints and smeared grime all over them. -Rugs were dirty-Dishwasher leaked and continually needed to be mopped up while running.- Beds did not have mattress pads on them and pillows were in rough shape. -Hot tub cover was broken and the hot tub was filthy. Thick brown goop along the inside. (Unusable)-Club House and pool were really dirty (Overflowing garbages and backed up bathroom toilets). The hot tubs were cloudy and had a brown film. The main pool also had a brown grime all around the edge and clearly had not been cleaned in some time. We were worried about getting sick from the pool and hot tubs. It looked like it should have been shut down until cleaned. This place could have been so amazing, but the lack of cleanliness was a major disappointment and really put a damper on the vacation. I hope you and your team will address these issues moving forward. I texted the managers, but never received a response. I have pictures of the above issues for their review.

Nice Place but Needs Attention

We had a great time exploring the Black Hills with our group and were thankful to find a cabin that could comfortably fit all of us. The layout worked well for a larger group, and the location was great for all the activities we had planned.The host seemed nice and reasonable. We did not contact him due to being busy and not needing the place to be perfect but we definitely want to mention these issues so they may be addressed for the next group. The cabin has a lot of potential but is in need of a thorough deep clean. After reading through many previous reviews, it’s clear that cleanliness has been a consistent issue, and it’s disappointing that it still hasn’t been addressed. A vacation rental should have clean floors, comfortable beds and bedding and comfortable towels.The mattresses were old and saggy, and the pillows were paper thin, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. The windows and patios were very dirty, and the grill was filthy. My husband cleaned it but we ended up not using it anyway.Overall, we were busy and enjoyed our time in the area, so we didn’t need perfect accommodations but I know we would have enjoyed our stay much more if the property had been cleaned a bit better. I really hope the many mentions of improved cleanliness are no longer ignored, because this could be a great rental with just a bit more care.

Dirty towels in the upstairs bedroom confetti in the upstairs bathroom. Live bugs on the bed in one of the bedrooms upstairs. Garbage bag under the steps when walking up the outside steps. Bath tub on main floor sounds like you are going to fall through when you are in the shower.
