Welcome to our home, located in a peaceful neighborhood. You'll have easy access to shopping, dining and local attractions, and close proximity to schools and hospitals. With just a short drive to downtown Sacramento, you can experience all the state capitol has to offer, or go down the river to the Delta to cool off, and enjoy local wineries and restaurants.

The spacious living room and dining area provide a comfortable and inviting space for you and your family to relax after a long day of exploring. The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up quick meals before heading out for the day.

The master bedroom boasts a cozy king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable full-size bed. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids, featuring two twin-size beds. With plenty of storage space, everyone will have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The backyard is a private oasis, perfect for enjoying the beautiful California weather. Sit back and relax on the patio, or let the kids play in the fully-fenced yard.

NO SMOKING RULE: No guest shall smoke, nor permit anyone to smoke inside the property (including medical cannabis).
No parties/event allowed
Quiet hour is after 10pm
Please do not remove the remote controls (for TVs and fans) from premise. Lost remote controls will incur a replacement fee.
Violation of these rules will result in penalty fees of $500

No partying. If your intention is to party, respectfully, move on to the next house. We're looking for guests that value a clean, comfortable environment throughout their stay. No partying will be tolerated under any circumstances. Because of this, we want to be responsible members of the community and show appreciation to our neighbors.
