Welcome to our lovely Houston home! Located in the heart of the city, this beautifully decorated condo offers convenience and comfort to our guests.

Our home is just a short walk or ride away from some of the city's top attractions, including Minute Maid Park, NRG Stadium, and the Houston Medical Center. You'll also be within walking distance of the city's best restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

We hope to host you soon and provide you with a memorable stay in Houston!

The Space:
The condo features a spacious living area with a fantastic pool view, comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge.

The bedroom has a plush queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is clean and modern with a shower/tub combo and all the necessary toiletries.

We provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guest will have the whole unit to themselves

Other things to note:
We have a ZERO tolerance policy on noise during quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM). Please respect our neighbors.

A rental agreement must be signed by the guest reserving the property and will be automatically sent after you reserve the property. A government-issued ID will be required on the agreement.

Cameras are installed outside for security purposes.

Texas has bugs and they vary by the season. Notify us if you find any pest issues. We do not offer refunds for pests such as roaches, spiders, ants, flies, etc. We have routine pest control scheduled by professionals.

Great place to stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Houston. It’s close to many restaurants and NRG Stadium. The pool is beautiful, too!

Medical Visit with Family

The host was very helpful. We had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed while we were there. The host responded quickly and resolved all the issues in a timely manner. The location was great for our purpose and the home very clean. The couch left something to be desired as far as comfort goes. The kitchen needed a little love.

Comfortable clean and modern

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at this place very much. It was clean, modern, spacious and exactly as it appeared on VRBO listing. Location is close to the NRG stadium, grocery stores, really good restaurants, close to the center of the city. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 small children while visiting family. Great neighborhood and plenty of space for us. Being able to swim at the pool was a great bonus and the host was very responsive when needed. Only downside is that it’s kind of a trek walking from the garage but I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Comfort, Cleanliness, and Convenience

This place is a jewel -- it has everything you need, is spotlessly clean, and is close to the medical center, shopping, NRG, and the river trail. TaNisha is an incredible host: she communicates well, is very responsive, and truly cares about the guest experience. She's the best host I've had in my many VRBO stays. I highly recommend this home and would stay here any time.

Clean, comfortable with great pool

We stayed two nights with our granddaughters (15 & 8). Everything was as posted. The girls really enjoyed the pool as well as the en suite bathroom. We had a great time playing the games that were available. Convenient location...grocery stores, restaurants, etc. and very quick and easy to get to my appointments at MD Anderson. Would definitely come back again.

Perfect spot

Stayed for 3 nights with my son who was playing baseball at Rice University. TaNisha‘s communication and responsiveness were outstanding. My son loved the pool and othe fitness center was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Loved the quiet neighborhood environment, walking distance to the park, and running trails/options. It is not within walking distance to very many restaurants, grocery stores, etc... if you don't have a rental car, this is a tough option.

TaNisha was a very responsive host. Property was very clean secured with gated parking garage. The Property has all your needs plus,with a great outdoor giant pool view! Everything you need is a short distance on Kirby road .Shopping dining stores and bars . You cant find a better clean maintained Location

The property was great. Great location. The apt itself was bare minimum. For sure need more pillows to sleep. The ones provided were very flat and had to go buy some pillows the second night. Made the bed very uncomfortable to sleep. The soap dispensers in shower could be labeled. (Wasn’t sure which one was shampoo or body soap) kcups are provided but no cream or sugar. Was no blow dryer but the host ordered one and it was there next day. Thought I was going to be charged a 50$- late fee bc i couldn’t fit everything I had with me in one trip so I’d have to come back. But it was sorted out.
