À propos de cet hébergement

Ce «Regency at Poipu Kai», non-fumeur, deux chambres, deux salles de bain, condo vue sur le jardin est situé dans le quartier Poipu. L'environnement verdoyant est accentué de palmiers, de gingembre et d'hibiscus.

Ce condo isolé et très privé est une unité au rez-de-chaussée avec un accès facile et pratique et est à seulement dix pas de votre porte d'entrée à la belle piscine. À tout moment de la journée ou du soir (jusqu'à 22h00), n'hésitez pas à vous asseoir dans le bain à remous et à apaiser, rafraîchir et restaurer votre corps fatigué!

Si vous préférez faire une promenade décontractée, vous pouvez faire une promenade de 10 minutes au Hyatt Regency ou dans la direction opposée à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Poipu. À chaque endroit, vous trouverez de magnifiques plages de sable blanc et des repas décontractés pour le déjeuner ou le dîner.

Nous avons récemment installé de nouveaux comptoirs en quartz pour la cuisine et la salle de bain, une douche à l'italienne dans la salle de bain principale, une baignoire en céramique avec des carreaux et des rideaux dans la salle de bain pour invités, ainsi que des planchers de travertin dans la salle à manger et la cuisine.

Commodités et activités: téléphone avec connexion Internet haut débit Wi-Fi gratuite, télévision par câble, magnétoscope, chaîne stéréo, lecteurs CD et DVD avec et assortiment de musique et de vidéos, cuisine complète, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, machine à glaçons, ustensiles de cuisine fournis, linge de maison fourni, Laveuse, sécheuse, bain à remous privé et 2 piscines privées, (pour une utilisation par les propriétaires et les invités dans le complexe) Barbecue au gaz (barbecue), non-fumeur. Ce magnifique condo que nous venons de repeindre et de nouvelles plinthes et garnitures installées. Le nouveau tapis ainsi que les sols en travertin ont ajouté la touche parfaite à des vacances reposantes.

Spacious condo within walking distance to Poipu beach

We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to stay here again one day!The condo is very spacious with high ceilings. Looks smaller in the pictures compared to its actual size.The two king beds are very comfortable and so is the sectional couch in the living room!The hanging chair on the lanai was lovely to sit in while drinking my morning coffee and looking at the beautiful plants and geckos!The condo is equipped with plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion is both bathrooms. The kitchen has ample plates, bowls, cups, etc.I highly recommend this condo for families!

Paradise in Kauai

We just spent the most amazing week in Kauai in this beautiful property - honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. Literally three steps to the pool and hot tub, and about a 15 minute walk on a beautiful footpath to Shipwreck Beach, the location was perfect; and the unit itself was immaculate, with more than enough space for our family of four. Communication with both the owner, Karen, and property managers was warm, friendly, and responsive. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Great Vacation

The condo is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach. Pool and BBQ right out the door. We really enjoyed having the wagon, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear to take to the beach. We are looking forward to visiting Kauai again!!

Amazing Stay in PoiPu

Our family had an amazing week long stay at this condo. The condo was spacious, well stocked and in an awesome location. Pool right outside the front door. 10 min walk down to the beach. Beautiful grounds. Communication with owner was easy. Everything you need for beach days in the condo, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, wagon, umbrellas, snorkel gear. Thanks for a great stay!

First time on Kaua’i

AlohaHad a great stay with our family of 5 at this property while on Kauai at the beginning of January. The kid’s absolutely loved the proximity to the pool and the short walk down to the beach at sunrise and sunset . That said, conditions were a bit rough while we were there, so ended up driving north most days to enjoy the beaches along the east shore and at Hanalei Bay. All said, we had great communication with the property owner and loved the accommodations themselves. Other than a few few burnt out light bulbs the condo was ideal. We look forward to visiting Kauai again in the future. MahaloEric

Do you want a place that is close to the beach stay here. Do you want a place that has the pool/spa close stay here. Do you want a place that is like home stay here. Do you want an owner/management that is responsive to inquires stay here.Do you want a place that has upgrade furniture, air conditioning, fans etc, then stay here.Do you like a place that furnishes beach chairs. umbrellas, beach towels and more then stay here.If you don't want all the above then I suggest you find somewhere else to rent.

Stay in Poipu

Location was amazing! Great beaches, walking trails, nice property and surrounding areas. We loved all the beach toys and accessories left in the condo for our use. Only small complaint was that the queen bed needs new bottom sheets. They did not stay on the bed and it would slip off each night while sleeping. Otherwise the place was amazing and we would definitely stay here again!!

Great All-Around!

Our family of four loved staying in this condo for our first trip to Kauai. We were very thankful that we had A/C, and it was super convenient to be able to do laundry while we were there. The pool/grill area were located directly out our front door, and we were a 5 minute walk from Brennecke's Beach for boogie boarding, and Poipu Beach for snorkeling. The unit also had boogie boards, coolers, wagons for transporting beach equipment, and beach chairs. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the host provided lots of information prior to our stay. We made most of our meals in the condo, but there was also a bar and grill on-site, and plenty of options for restaurants nearby. There were ample dishes, and pots/pans for cooking. We would 100% stay again. Thank you to the hosts for having us!

Great place

Stayed for a week in March with my husband and 2 kids (6 and 8). The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was really windy the whole week we were there so beach time was limited. We definitely took advantage of all the pools that we had access to in the condo complex (it was at least 3). Short walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset. Highly recommended this property for families. Only wish was that it came with access to a gym.

Wow! Great location. We loved the beautiful scenery when walking. The pool and hot tub was steps away. The amount of beach items available was fabulous. We had a great time and would definitely stay in this unit again. Would highly recommend this unit for a family vacation.

Great place and description was very accurate. We have stayed at P-Kai several times and this was one of the best. Love the pool and BBQ so close.Few small suggestions-a few more kitchen towels and Rubbermaid style containers + ice cube trays as the ice maker was on the fritz. We would come back here for sure. We luv Kauai!

Paradise!

This is my second stay at this wonderful house and it was just as fabulous as my first stay back in 2018. The house is spotless and so comfy - great beds and living-room. Everything you could possibly need for a beach holiday is provided - snorkels, inflatables, beach chairs, boards, etc. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen is there! And then of course the pool and hot-tub literally outside of the front door and location to the beach is perfect. I just love this holiday home - and the only reason I haven't stayed here more than twice is the availability - so book it while you still can! Thank you to Karen, the owner, who is just delightful and keeps a perfect holiday home. I'm so grateful. We had a glorious two weeks in paradise.

Family Vacay

Wow! From the moment we walked in the place it surpassed our expectations! Kauai, specifically Poipu, has been a family vacation destination for me since childhood. It had been a few years since I brought my husband here and we had been waiting for the chance to make it back. This time we made it with our 3 year old and my husbands brother and his wife and we booked this property for our two week vacation. The grounds are beautiful and quiet, a very quick drive or short walk to Poipu beach! The pool and parking access was also ideal. There was a fair amount of beach stuff available and communication with Karen was great! Having the washer dryer was also great, especially with a little one and beach towels. Unfortunately the dryer stopped working but the staff at the resort were great and accommodated us using housekeeping to dry our clothes and towels as needed. Overall this was a great unit to stay in and we will 100% book with Karen again in the future. Aloha for now 😎

AC was a plus

After spending 5 night in Princeville in a unit with little ventilation having AC in this unit was a plus for us. The amount of beach items for use was fabulous. Loved having the pool and hot tub right outside the door. The TV in the second bedroom was difficult to see because it was so low. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

A magically island get away..

This property is a fantastic home base for all your Kauai adventures. We woke up each morning and walked to Poipu beach and said hello to the turtles and monk seals. Follows by some coffee at Little Fish, great community feel but all the amenities of a hotel or home. The kids loves the pool right outside of he front door as well. Highly recommend this unit for a family or two couples.

Great location, needs some updates

Terrific location that’s easy walking and driving distance to everything on the South Shore. Unit could use some updates/TLC. When we arrived some of the rugs in the bathroom were wet and overall everything felt musty—would definitely recommend some lighter-weight fabrics in such a humid environment. We were able to air it out over the first couple days, but not the most welcoming to walk into. It was rainy and humid while we were there so had to empty the AC units multiple times a day, which we didn’t mind doing but a heads up or instructions would’ve been helpful. Karen communicated well with us ahead of our stay and the property management team on-site was fantastic.
