This newly remodeled unit features 3 bedrooms (with 3 queen size beds, and 1 king size bed) and 2 full bathrooms, providing enough space for families and groups. This house also has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for preparing fresh meals. New appliances are also equipped in this house for better stay experience.
You will have access to the 2nd floor of the house since 1st floor is a separate unit, which is NOT included in this listing.

Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.ăNO SMOKINGă
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.ăNO ANIMALă
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. ăNO SHOESă
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.ăSelf Cateringă
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.ăEarly check-ină
Weâll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.

Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.ăDispose trash in the right binsă
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them.
10. ăLost & Foundă
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
*Please be noted that driveway is not accessible - you will have to climb stairs to get to the unit and use street parkings.
