Summary:
The perfect location to enjoy the best of Steamboat winter or summer. Our modern 4-BR/4BA townhome enjoys views of the ski mountain and the perfect adventure location. Steps to the free shuttle which takes you to the ski mountain, downtown, or shopping. The Core Trail meanders along the Yampa River all the way to downtown. Walk out the front door and enjoy fishing, tubing, the botanic gardens, or just a walk or run along the Yampa. Fully stocked and ready for your perfect family vacation.
The Space:
Our three-level townhome is the perfect family getaway. With a large bunk room for the kids, an open kitchen/dining/living room, and 3 additional bedrooms (2 king, 1 queen) plus every bedroom has its own bathroom. Enjoy the comfort of radiant in-floor heat throughout. The home also has a large 2 car heated garage to keep your snow gear dry and warm. The home is newly furnished and fully outfitted with everything you need including two bikes to take on the Core Trail.
Guest Access:
We'll send you a code for the front door on the morning of check-in. There is a Nest/Yale digital lock. Please do not Park in the alley at any time. You can unload at the curb by the front door or pull into the garage. The Alley is shared and unloading there can block in the neighbors and you will be ticketed and fined.
We have 3 reserved parking spots for you. 2 in the heated garage and 1 reserved outside. The neighborhood also has open guest spots available first come/first serve.
The Neighborhood:
We're in a family-friendly, residential neighborhood. We back onto a protected wetland area with the famous Yampa River right behind us. The Yampa is great for fishing, tubing, SUPing, or just watching the sandhill cranes, eagles, and otters play in the water. The Core Trail is a paved, flat trail that will take you all the way to downtown Steamboat past parks, gardens, and even natural hot springs. We're 5 minutes from the grocery and the ski mountain or take the free shuttle to anywhere in town.
Getting Around:
The free city shuttle drops off at the front of the neighborhood (50 yards from the front door).
Other Things to Note:
This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Please be respectful of quiet hours. There is a decibel meter on the property that will send an alert if noise exceeds threshold levels during quiet hours.
