This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has 1,103 square feet with expansive outdoor spaces and backs up to a relaxing pool with hot tub. Grassy area off the lanai is a great spot for kids to play.
Main Bedroom: King bed, large walk-in closet, ensuite bath with 2 vanities.
2nd Bedroom: Queen bed under twin bunk provides flexibility with adjacent bathroom.
Living area: Queen sleeper sofa.

Master Bedroom: enjoy serenity in your master suite. King bed, large walk-in closet, opulent master bath with his/her vanities. Sip your morning coffee on the private lanai protected by the gorgeous Hawaiian fauna.
Secondary Bedroom: private bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Unique bunk bed with queen on bottom and twin on top; perfect for a family or kid room), with a tv and large closet this a perfect space for a couple or kids room.
Living Room: Large 80` tv but don`t spend all your time inside! Queen sleeper sofa for the casual nap or the snorer in the group!
Kitchen: spacious fridge with filtered water and ice machine. 30 bottle wine fridge. Dishwasher, oven, stovetop and all the appliances you’ll need to make your stay the most comfortable and convenient. Start your morning with a Kona coffee from the provided coffee maker, blend your mid-day smoothie before decanting your favorite wine for dinner. Rice cooker, coffee pot, blender and many more appliances to make your gourmet meals in paradise.
Outdoor Living: eat meals outside on the patio table. Acres of grass for the kiddos to run and play safely, or to do yoga in a private setting. Outdoor propane grill to grill the fish and veggies you purchase from the local Farmer’s Market.
Property Amenities: 2 resort style pools (heated year round) each with a large hot tub. One of the pools is 30 steps away – we’ve counted! On the other side of the complex is a fitness center with free weights, multi-station weight machine, treadmill, elliptical and bike.
Other: Washer & dryer for all your laundry needs. 1 pack ‘n play for flexible sleeping arrangements. Kid high chair. High speed internet on a mesh network. TV in each bedroom. Snorkel gear, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bodyboard, beach toys. BOB stroller.
We also keep the unit well stocked so you don’t have to worry about laundry detergent, soaps, food storage items, dishwasher pods, etc!
Need more space? We own multiple properties within the same complex so your party can be steps away from each other.
Shopping: across the street from shopping center, grocery and Starbucks. Lots of walkable restaurants ranging from 5 star to street food. 3 minute drive to A-Bay beach (or a 10-15 minute walk).

Waikoloa Beach Villas Unit D3 is a vacation rental located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island’s famous Kohala Coast – a mere 20 minutes north of the Kona airport. Our property is conveniently located across the street from Queens’ MarketPlace and Kings’ Shops – a 4 minute walk to Starbucks and a grocery store. What a fantastic property, and such a affordable one. No ocean view and some traffic noise, but having the Hilton day passes was a WIN!! The condo is also right next to the pool, and had a fully stocked garage and kitchen. We visit the BI annually and usually try out a new condo each time, but this is a condo we will definitely come back to!

First Big Island Stay
This was our first time to the Big Island, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! We loved being close to the pool, beach, restaurants, and shopping. We will be back, and will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

Great Waikoloa location, quiet condo complex, short walk to shops and restaurants, quick drive or walk to beach and golf. Hilton resort passes and rental car are a bonus! Property exactly as advertised. Will be back and rent from Matt again

This is an excellent property! The host is very responsive to all questions and concerns. I really can tell that the host put in a lot of efforts to make this place comfortable and presentable. They provided all the amenities we needed. The only things that bothered us a little bit were the footsteps noise from the people upstairs and not having a bathroom door in the master bedroom. Both are not deal breakers, we would definitely recommend this place. I only have one suggestion, please provide some serving plates and bowls.

Matt's condo was absolutely perfect for my family and I to celebrate my hubby's 60th on the Big Island!! It was stocked with more than everything we needed: beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc.), kitchen appliances, laundry detergent, toiletries, and if you have small children, there are pack-n-plays, highchairs and a nice jogging stroller in the garage. The TV in the living room is gigantic - not that we watched TV much but when the World Series was on, we got to watch our LA Dodgers win!! The condos distance to the pool was a few steps out the back patio and location of complex could not have been better. Several shops, grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. I had a few questions for Matt when we were there and he promptly got back to me. We will most definitely stay at Matt's condo again when we return to Hawaii.

Just perfect
The condo is in a great location in Waikoloa, with easy walking to shops and restaurants. The unit itself is nicely furnished, has a good supply of kitchen gadgets, dishes and cookware, plenty of towels for the pool and a garage with a wonderful assortment of beach equipment.
There are a couple of quirks, but they add to the charm. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great vacation rental in excellent location
When we arrived at the property we were able to get in immediately. We had access to the garage which was a plus.We have rented several VRBO properties and found that this property was very well stocked with necessities. Internet was speedy. Free TV option, however, was limited. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. The property was very quiet. Its location next to the Queens and Kings Marketplaces was a definite plus. There is a grocery store (of sorts) in the Queens Marketplace. It had most basics but was very pricey. There is a Costco, a large Target, and a Safeway grocery store in Kailua Kona, a drive of about 30 minutes from Waikoloa. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Accommodations!!
My family and I stayed here for our first trip to Hawaii, and the condo was absolutely perfect! It had everything we could possibly need to have a fun time (think pool and beach accessories, toys for the kids, packable cooler, etc) and the kitchen was MORE than stocked. Communication with management was a breeze and response time was immediate and friendly. However, we didn’t really need to reach out because we had everything we could’ve wanted. The check in and check out process was super fast and easy. The location was perfect and walkable to everything we wanted to do in the area, and the property was beautifully maintained with an amazing pool! We stay in rental properties every time we travel and I can say without a doubt that this was the best place we’ve ever stayed! I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again when we come back!

Better in person!
Could not be in a better location! Enjoyed my morning strolls to the beach and shops. The lanai feels very private, and really just steps away from the pool. To our surprise, hardly anyone uses the pool and jacuzzi, making it a great spot to cool off at the end of the day or have an early coffee.
We loved all of the thoughtful touches, everything is easy to use, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The garage is loaded with beach accessories and bikes to use as well. We used the recommended airport transportation service, which was seamless. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and safe. The pictures don’t do this property justice. My husband usually stays at the nearby resorts for work, and this was very comparable. Matt was easy to contact and available to us. He provided us with day passes to the Hilton, which is a wonderful property to explore. We could have watched the dolphins all day ;)

Waikoloa Heaven
This rental in the Waikoloa Beach area is one of the best in which we have stayed. It is fully equipped with everything you need including plenty of bath towels and beach towels, full-size toiletries, fully-equipped kitchen and laundry, and an onsite car in garage (which may be rented separately, if needed). The beds were extremely comfortable, and every room had a large TV and Roku box for streaming your Netflix/Prime/Hulu accounts.
The condo was also conveniently located steps from the swimming pool, yet no noise could be heard inside and the neighborhood was very quiet. Another bonus was the central A/C, which kept the place cool and eliminated the excess humidity we have experienced in other rentals with only wall A/C units.
It was only a 5-minute walk to the Queen and King Shopping areas where there were many great restaurants (for good takeout food or local fresh groceries, we highly recommend Island Gourmet Market). If you want to head to the beach, it's only a 5-minute drive to Anaeho'omalu Bay or a 10-minute drive to Hapuna Beach.
When we had any questions, the owner responded quickly. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely rebook on future visits to the Big Island.

During that process we purchased the first of our Hawaiian homes and we want to share the islands of Hawaii with you. Hawaii is an amazing place to relax, recoup, spend time with friends, or dedicated family time. We aim to help our guests truly enjoy -- we equip our properties with everything you need for a stress free vacation!
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Waikoloa Beach Villas and the Waikoloa Beach Resort is highly rated for walkability. Anaehoʻomalu Beach is the closest beach and is a short 10 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) from our units. To give perspective, the Starbucks is across the street and is a 5 minute walk from this unit.
Speaking of across the street, there are 2 shopping centers and the grocery store is called Island Gourmet with hours of 7am-9pm. The closest traditional grocery stores are 15 minutes away in Waikoloa Village. Costco, Target, Safeway are located in Kona approximately 20- 25 minutes south. Instacart is a great option and works well on the island. Consider using Instacart to avoid grocery shopping and maximizing your time on the beach!
